ShadowKuroKarasu Drones actually seem like a plausible explanation. 3nodding It'd certainly explain the very distinct roles some of them seem to have, if nothing else. Be interesting to see what the queen looks like... .................Im not sure Id ever want to meet "the queen" if such an entity exists. When I think queen, I think like in Aliens.

Welll this is similar to a dream I had. There was only one of them far as I could see. Asked me if I would allow him to enter this house. Apparently I wasn't living in the house I actually do.
But I got the same dread that the first report desribes. And the same desire to also let them, in. However it was also quicker in my realization that I was in danger. I'm not sure how I got out of the situation, I woke up I guess.
Anyway, this also reminds me of something I found. Uhh looks to be a form of vampiric apparation, that I've seen around here. DOnt what the actual classification is, but it follows certain rules of spirits and vampirics. Like it must be invited into a home however, it is incorporeal.

Lady Visara Welll this is similar to a dream I had. There was only one of them far as I could see. Asked me if I would allow him to enter this house. Apparently I wasn't living in the house I actually do. But I got the same dread that the first report desribes. And the same desire to also let them, in. However it was also quicker in my realization that I was in danger. I'm not sure how I got out of the situation, I woke up I guess. Woah, creepy. Stories of these beings give me the shivers...Which is weird. eek

I've think I've seen a couple of these kids running around my hometown, I live in Belleville Illinois not really known for much of anything other than a random spreading of old buildings a few hometown hauntings that aren't very well known other than one that was mentioned in a book about hauntings in illinois its a graveyard not very exciting.
But back to the whole black eyed kids thing, I've seen a couple of these kids around the downtown part of out town now its not that hard to imagine our downtown its small with a central circle which is known as the square in the middle with a fountain surrounded by four large tall(about 30-40 maybe more story buildings) the rest are all early turn of the century 20s,30s, and 40s any where from 1900 to about the 40s other than those four buildings around the square. Now I used to hang out there alot with a bunch of friends for like little concerts at the coffee shops and just chill for like the cook-offs and parties and stuff.
But this one stuck with me and always concerned me a bit...though I can't say I was truely bothered by it more interested in these kids. I was there my Freshman year in High School(note I just graduated my seinor year so about four years ago) it was november ish area I believe cause thats around the time our Chill Cook off is held and I was there with a bunch of my friends a couple from school and then some I met of Vampirefreaks.com one was my Master at the time. We used the straps from my pants chains and fabric ones to stay together cause it can get pretty chaotic down there drunk people and all. So we're wondering around talking to people when we all went off to find somewhere to "smoke" haha not cigs if anyone gets it...of course me being the one that had to be sober cause my mother would kill me if she found out that I did anything so I didn't do anything that day and told them that I was gonna go get a drink cause I was thirsty being who they were they all said okay and let me go alone...even without freaky stuff in our town I don't allow my friends when we are at a big gathering to do anything by themselve our town is full of pervs and drunks and pervvy drunks.
So I unhooked my "lead" so to say and gave it to my Master to hold till I got back I gave hugs to everyone like normal and went on my way to the drink stands now we're by my Master's car at this point away from any cops so they could smoke and not get in trouble the car was a good 10-15 minute walk from the square where its held every year so I'm a 14 year old girl walking around in the dead of night unarmed by myself...not a good idea. I'm about half way there when I noticed these two boys,at this point its around 11:30 area,now I'm not thinking anything of it because I just figure there some guys from school or something but I noticed them watching me and that bothered me a bit cause the hair on the back of my neck stood on end which only happens when something bad is around so I stupidly lowered my head and walked faster. Next thing I know I'm almost bumping into someone. I looked up and there they are like completely invading my personal bubble. They both were really pretty guys one long haired dark I think the others was shorter I didn't pay much attention to him I was thinking they were guys from school and I figure the long haired guy was interested in me with the way he watched me...I like my guys assertive. They were both dressed like normaly teenage boys jeans and a shirt with one of the zipp up jackets like 90% of teens now adays so I didn't find any harm in talking to them. The long haired one started asking if I could give them a ride somewhere I don't remember where I was completely captivated that night I had let down my guard completely like the idiot I am. I started to mumble sure when I realized I don't have a car and our car was already full of people over full actually seven people in a like 4 person car I don't advise it.
He kept insisting and his friend just kept standing there he seemed really nervous about something like they had done something wrong and he was afair they would get caught...I some how managed to mumble no to him but he kept insisting on me giving him a ride to where ever he needed to go...at this point I'm trying to find my barings and come back to me a bit its not like me to get so captivated by anyone that is human I know a few inhuman people who have other "Races" blood in them that I can become lost easily with them, so I started trying to figure out what the hell they were, at this point I've almost got myself again and I notice the guys eyes black...all black...and at this point I got freaked but luckly I'm really good at hiding my fear from people I don't know and managed to keep it a secret that I knew they weren't exactly human. I started getting worried wondering where my friends where I mean I said I'd be back really fast and it seems like an eternity sense these guys showed up,at this time I was actually wearing a watch and its been almost an hour I stood with this guy hounding me to give him a ride in my so imaginary car. I figure my friends have got to be done soon and come looking for me cause it wouldn't take me an like an hour to get a drink. So I'm starting to get worried a bit that something bad is gonna happen to me...when I hear footsteps behind me and feel a hand grab my collar and pull me away from the guy note he was like a foot from me I look up and none the less it is my Master scary and dark as ever...he seemed to notice something was wrong with them before I did and turned me around and started the other way with me I kept looking back I wanted that boy to do what he wanted to me which isn't like me at all. They followed us for a bit till we must have seem as much to hard a prey and they went to find someone easyer. We get back to the car and everyone is asking where I went what happened cause at this point I am paler than death and I at that time about as pale as any human could be thats alive...I couldn't talk I was shaking and clinging to my Master just to stand he made up some bogus lie about running into someone and that we were going to go back to his house and chill.Which we did for like three hours I refused to leave his house even just to step outside to have a cig after a long three hours in the safety of his home I was calim enough they could get me outside and they took me home.
I've seen these kids many times after that wondering around downtown and even at my high school, its weird cause when I enter a room they are in they look at me the shorted haired one its always be one of longing and want the other its more like hate and wanted to rip my throat out because it seems like I'm one the almost had and they want what they lost. Ever sense I've seen them alot I've wanted to talk to them...I want to know them, almost an I need to know these too because they know something about me kinda feeling and it freaks me out cause I don't know what these people are and I still don't know what they are...
Sorry its soo long but I didn't want the story to be one big chunk thats annoying...and just too let you guys know you are the first people I've told about this the only other one besides me that I know has seen these two is my Master at the time...I didn't dare tell my mother just for the fact that she would freak only cause she'd want to meet them to try and figure out what they were...my dad I wouldn't dare tell he never believe in the supernatural and always try to get me to stop using my "gifts" because of his raising he was raise catholic but wasn't practicing but a couple of the things stuck with him he thought it was a thing of the devil or whatever devil there was. My sister never believed in the first place and none of my friends would ever believe me...so you guys are offically the first people I have ever told now that I know I'm not nuts and that these "Things" actually were seen by others. I think someone mentioned that maybe being aware of them helped fend them off from my personaly experiance it didn't help at all it only seems to have made them even more interested in me now that I know what they are like they just want to get ride of me to stop the knowledge of them from spreading. And maybe their are no stories from victums because they are being told to keep what these people truely are a secret from humanity to protect themselves and keep their what seems to be food source unaware of their pressence

One night I stayed out a little too late, and like the dork I am as soon as I got home I climbed up into my tree house for a quick nap. I when I woke up it was sunset and I though, 'crap! I hafta get inside!'
I was about to climb down when I saw someone at the bottom of the ladder. I called down to see if it was my brother. And a different voice came back up. I looked closer and there were two boys. One(the one who talked the most) was a little taller than me with messy red hair. And he was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. The other boy had curly blond hair and had on sweats and a hoodie. I thought they were just some valley kids but when the red-head spoke he was really polite. I dont know why but that bugged me, alot.
He just kept asking if he could come up. I, of course, tried to say that it was getting late and I wanted to go in but my throght kept tightening. It felt really weird, like mounting panic. Something about them freaked me out and I tried to look them over carefully. I finally noticed that their eyes were black.
I decided to cut my loses and screamed like a little kid at my sister's window. She opened it and told me to stop being a moron and come inside. I tried to tell her about the boys but she said no one was there. When I looked again they were gone. And I ran like all hell for the front door, and promtly locked every window and door in my house. I had nightmares about that.

It's weird, I'd never heard about Black Eye Kids before this post but now it seems every time I go onto a supernatural site I find at least one of these stories. Strange how that happens isn't it?
But I have noticed something, almost all the stories I have read seem to come from the USA so maybe they can only be found there. This has me thinking that if these BEKs are some sort of Supernatural beings then there must be some sort of legend about them somewhere in the USA. Unless of course they are Aliens then there wouldn't be.

I think they are some supernatural race that we don't know much about yet...I don't think they are vampires personally...I've met people who had vampire blood they don't have the same energy. I'm not sure that they are aliens but I honestly don't think they are. They has got to be some legend about them...even if they are aliens there has to be some legend about when they came to our world.

Aliens due to the fact that many are depicted with glassy black eyes, and daemons due to their malevolent-seeming nature...

The more I read the more I get mixed reports. Two things that I see is that it isn't that rare to see a genetic mutation that could allow black eyes. Although unnatural and unnerving, The possibility still exists. This could lead to an unnatural fear of such. I could go on but do I really have to spell it out?
The second thing that I see is that t gets more and more disturbing at how detailed some of these reports are. I wonder if these Black Eyed Kids are a cross between shadow type entities and demonics?

Sadly I must point out that since they are obviously spiritual beings. That was probably a more powerful one making an attempt on your dream state. I'd imagine it would be much harder this way but also if succeeded it would allow a much faster and much more concentrated drain. Due to the fact your resistance would be so much less when it was aready in the far reaches of your mind. In other words... if you'd let it in. You would have never woken up and there would be more attempts like this popping up everywhere.

Do we know if there is anything connecting the BEK apart from their black eyes? Like apparent nationality or hair color. Maybe gender?
And do we know when they started appearing? I'm kinda wondering if maybe they're a new breed of demon or Fae... If mortal creatures can evolve, why can't demons? Maybe half breed Lamia or children of Lilith... Didn't the Lamia eat children... maybe she's making them now.
