He laughed at the new nickname. "Fluff-tailed puppy?" he said, wagging his tail to humor you. "Since when am I a dog?" He said giving her a soft lick in her paw.
James sat down and wagged his slim tail in the same fashion as Carlos. "I'm doing alright.." He said as it slowed, and he glanced over to the kitchen.

"Since you starting looking like one," Sonya replied nudging his black nose with her own. She got off of him and sat down, curling her tail, slim like James', around her front paws.
"Just alright?" she asked and she looked at the kitchen as well. She recognized a few of those scents.
"Ahhhh, I think I see. Lady troubles, young Jimmy?"

Carlos took this chance to sit up. He looked down to the young one, and smiled lightly.
"You can say that again." He sighed, and looked back up to Sonya. "No matter what I try, she always gives me that same look of hate."

Sonya smiled and glanced at Carlos. She'd talked to Lily before, as well as James, and well... there wasn't the signs that she could admit were there between Carlos and her when she looked back on their own childhood. But she didn't have the heart to tell the little guy that.
"Well, perhaps she just isn't ready. You're both still young. Carlos and I hated each other, didn't we, Puppy dearest?" she asked, smirking a little at him.

Carlos let out a scoff at this. "Hated is too nice a word." He said as his tail flicked quickly. "Sonya's right James. When your older you might start to feel something towards each other."
James listened to the two, not entirely understanding what they meant by their feelings chancing, but decided to shrug it off. He didn't want a lecture.

Sonya let out a purr and whapped Carlos with her tail.
"I think hated is the perfect word. Why must you always disagree with me?" she asked, narrowing her eyes at him in mock-anger. She knew he loved to bait her and the feeling was mutual. She knew not what was in store for little James and his pretty little flower, but she knew she had quite a hair-raising life ahead of her with her Carlos.

Rogue huffed. "Yes yes this is Gambit...and I suppose." she smiled sheepishly at Lily. "But it's...special."
Gambit watched Rogue lovingly before glancing at Brook and Ily. "She's special..." he streached slightly into a bow, "I'm Remy LeBeau but everyone calls me Gambit...they just do." he gave them a look that said no questions would be answered.
Narcissa leaned closer and smiled up at Greyson. "No need to hide I was only curious?" She moved a bit closer still intruiged and for once enjoying herself in the company of a non family member.

Lily smiled at Gambit. "It's a pleasure to meet you." She said as her tail swayed from side to side. "Have you guys been here long?"
Brook puffed up, glaring at the new commer. "Remy LeBeau?" She said laughing lightly, "Your name means 'Remy the handsome?' How interesting..."
He looked back over to Narcissa. "It's kind of embarrassing. It doesn't look real." His tail flicked out into visibility. "Almost like it isn't support to be there. I mean who else has a snake's tail."
Carlos twitched his nose when she smacked him with her tail. "Why not?"

Gambit grinned. "Am I not very handsome?" He wrapped around Rogue careful not to touch her fur only the parts of her covered. "Weve been around a bit, were still exploring and mon cheri here wanted to meet new faces..."
Narcissa peered at his tail curiously. "I think it's very interesting, it dosnt look fake at all it blends in naturally after all...as snakes so often will." She smiled up at him. "You should never be ashamed of what you look like it's just a part of who you are...and you can just hurt anyone who tells you otherwise." she sniffed haughtily.

Brook scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Very annoying is more like it." She mumbled, her tail twitching.
"Brook!" Lilly called to Brook. She gave her a stare, and looked back to Rogue and Gambit with a sad look. "I'm so sorry about her."
Grayson smiled, "I don't think I could do that." He said, his tail wrapped around his paws. "I'm not a big fan of fighting." He laughed a little. He may not like it, but if it was necessary, he would.

Narcissa smirked and circled Greyson carefully. "You look strong enough to be able to hold your own should you need to though." She smiled and sat back infront of his her tail and dress sweeping back to keep her paws clear.
Gambit laughed. "We don't mind, we've a ...'friend' of sorts who's similar...shes around somewhere ignoring us as usual."
Rogue huffed. "Friend she's no friend of mine...Narcissa is only friends with herself it's just unfourtunate for us we have to live with her."

Grayson scoffed. "Yeah." He gave her a smirk. "I could lure them close with my tail, and then pounce!" He quickly dropped to the floor, his bum high in the air, and his claws bared, arms outstretched.
Brook rolled her eyes, and jumped back up onto the kitchen counter, and started to groom herself.
Lily watched Brook leave the conversation, and turned back to the pair. "Narcussa?" She asked tilting her head to the side.

Rogue watched Brook jump up and looked back to Lily. "Yes...Narcissa...she lives with us, unfourtunantly..."
Narcissa laughed and pounced his tail. "I think luring would also mezmerize them!"

Grayson rolled around and pushed her up with his paw before rolling ontop of her and biting her ear. "I'm sure that would work too."

Rogue shrugged. "She's never really shown herself to be more then a self absorbed snob when shes around us...maybe shes selective about her company? Either way she rubs me the wrong way."
Gambit grinned. "But I don't..." he purred and nuzzled her.
Rogue slid back from Gambit worry filling her eyes. "Careful!"
Gambit rolled his eyes "I always am Cheri..."
Narcissa laughed and rolled over to bat at him playfully. "You should practice"
