Character Name: James "Chill" Flint
Age: 53
Organization: AIA
Class: Transhumanist
Bio: James is a war veteran who fought hard to help maintain the country's tranquil lifestyle, but now a group of anarchists are seeking to destroy that peace. The peace that so many have died for was now in jeopardy.
When he joined the AIA, he reluctantly accepted the bio-technology enhancements. These upgrades will undoubtedly prolong his already suffering life. Arthritis, back aches, and low bone constitution are just some of the obstacles that make everyday life difficult.
James has a problem with killing people up close. He prefers to execute from a distance where he can't see his enemy's eyes, therefore, dodging the guilt of death. He has always been a sniper and therefore, gained plenty of experience in long range assassination.
He used to be charismatic and animated when he first joined the military, but every death he has seen, both enemies and friends, still destroys him a little bit on the inside. The nickname "Chill" was jokingly given to him by close friends because just before each kill, he would tense up and lock his muscles as if under extreme stress.
Appearance: James stands at 5'9" and weighs 180 lbs with a slight build. His hair is dark gray with lighter gray streaks on the sides. His face always seems to have a nonchalant look, but his eyes show a war-weary sadness. He wears the standard AIA uniform.

Just a few questions [About the Board of Directors]:
-Do they get to have any other weapon other than a handgun?
-Any other accessories?
-Are there any specific.. [What am I looking for here]requirements to apply for a Director?
-Do you want your own sub-forum for this Rp?[Be advised once done it's much harder to get your Rp attention]
-I'm extremely lazy, may I just place all my equipment specifications [with a few modifications for storage and ease] in my application?
-Anything else you'd like to tell us about the Board of Directors/Illuminati/Elders?
-I'd like to talk to you in private about a possible history for my character- may I?
Yeah...So that wasn't a few- but at least I'm thorough! mrgreen

Yep, you are given the Unos, you can get other weapons. Sure, just come up with the idea and either PM me or post here. Just as long as it doesn't make you super powerful. Organization: The NeoLiberalist Party (because I can make my own organizations)
Class: A Regular Human
Bio: Born David H. Baynes, he's the Chancellor of the UN. Noted to be a very charismatic person who means well for his people, however his campaign was funded with the help of the Board of Directors, thus putting him in their debt until his next election.
Now he is forced to do what the Board tells him or else the Board could easily have any media outlets in their power to create propaganda ridiculing the Chancellor and ultimately ruin his life and family.
As Chancellor, he is caught in the middle of a rift. There is his responsibility to the world, and his responsibility to his family. He feels great contempt for the Board Members due to this, but he must listen to them nonetheless.

He used to enjoy his fammily alot and he enjoyed life, but now he hates it, ever since the day that his dad was killied for the refusal of taking the chip, he swore vengence on his father that he would kill the man that killed him and to kill the man that started this infection as he called it. Now he works with the insurgence hoping that one day he will find his fathers killer and Beable to kill the monster that started this infection.
Appearance: A tall man about six four and has square shoulders. He has big muscles and hes as strong as an ox and runs like a bull. He wears a thin black shirt and has a metalick breast plate that covers Both shoulders that followes down to his lower body guard. He wears dark black jeans and thick black steel toe army boots. He wears a his fathers bandana on his a face to honor him and he has dark black eyes that could pierce your soul. He has tan skin and the bigest hands any one has ever seen, some people even say they saw him bend an iron pipe, and he has short dark brown hair that stands up and kindof meets in the front.
