Takehiko laughed lightly. "Its just water, silly!" He said, rushing into the sea himself until he was chest deep in it. He smiled at her to show that it was fine, until a large wave crashed over his head and left him with an expressionless, dowsed face. He walked out of the sea, slowed by the resistance put up by the water, and shook himself to rid of the water.

Farfalla laughed and she heilded herself from the droplets. "Yeah, I just thouht it was uhh... some thing else." She smiled, she didnt like water very much but he didnt have to know that did he? Farfalla's face went blank and her face grew warm, she recollected her thought. Wait... does... does this mean I like him? If I'm putting aside my dislike for water for him? Farfalla did felt comfortable around him as a friend but if she liked him then...

Takehiko looked back at her with a slightly confused expression on his face. What else could the watery foam have felt like? He smiled at her as they continued thier walk he silently thought to himself about what her parents could be like to have a daughter as pretty as Farfalla....Wait....Pretty? He quickly looked away as he blushed.

Farfalla shook her head shaking the awkward feeling and continued as well. She smiled, "Nyaa.~ Wet sand is just like clay. Can things be made out of it?" Farfalla imagined a big mountain of sand then just jumping into it, or jumping on top of it and feeling like a queen. Farfalla blushed again and the blank look came back, a thought occured right after "queen." Who would be her king? Farfalla sighed, was this awkward feeling unavoidable?

Takehiko lookeed at the moist sand and thought. "Well....I guess you could.... Why? Would you like to build something? Or maybe we could dig a big hole!" He said, excitedly. He loved digging holes and popping out to scare people, even though sometimes it may seem mean. His tail wagged at a fast pace as he eyed the sand.

Farfalla nodded furiously, she loved to dig! She began digging, placing all the sand to one side for her empier. She looked at Take's fast-paced stubby tail. "I just love your tail! Its so cute when it wags!" Farfalla ruffled her own fluffy tail.

Take blushed, with ot shpwing though his pale fur. "Um.... Really?" He asked, shy. He giggled, sill blushing, "Thanks! I really like you, too. I mean! Yo-your orbs! They're very shiney and pretty and....I like how they float and-and......" He stammered shyly and started digging across from her.

Farfalla laughed and blushed as well, then continued digging. "My father glows... I'm the only one of my siblings that glows..." She trailed off, then thought of her siblings, she only met one of them, she didnt like her very much, they were just too different.

Takehiko looked at her. "Really? Well I'm sure you're the prettiest...." He trailed off as he looked at the sun reflecting off the water. It certaintly was bright, but not the same kind as Farfalla, that made him blush so fervently. He silently cursed his pale fur and continued digging, making sure he got some dirt on his face to cover the blush.

"Well of course I'm the prettiest!" Farfalla said boastingly, puffing up her chest before laughing, "I'm also the only white one... do you have a family?" Farfalla hoped she wouldnt regret asking this like she had with the last person. She continued digging but after a moment she looked up again, "hey... do you grow spots in the sunlight or something?" She tilted her head to the side, oblivious to the fact it was dirt.

Take paused. "Hmm....Well I've got to have family, i mean how else would I be here, but I don't remember them at all. And if I don't than it means they probably weren't much to remember anyway, so I'm not too upset about it," he smiled as he spoke, "Nah," he continued, "its just dirt! See?" He gently swatted dirt in her direction, trying not to be too harsh on her perfect white coat.

Farfalla sighed in releif, glad that it wasnt going to turn in an awkward situation. "Oh..." Farfalla blushed in embarressment, "I knew that!" She said laughing. She gently swatted some dirt back. "You know, if it were snowing we could have a snow ball fight. And the water would be frozen and we could skate on it!..." Farfalla trailed off and sighed, "alas we have only sand and dirt so we could only have a mud ball fight," she shivered at the thought, "I just love the winter! ...Though I love all the seasons of course! Except for the heavy rainy season..." Farfalla decided to end her talking there, too much talk might annoy him. The last thing she wanted to do was annoy him, Farfalla looked down and blushed.

"I'd rather have a snowball fight than a mud-ball fight anyday!" Takehiko laughed as more dirt landed on his face. His eyes looked off into the distance as he tried to think of his favorite season. "I don't like heavy reain that much either, but you know, the plants do need it, so its welcome every so often. You know?" Take smiled at Farfalla and dug with increased speed because of the sand beginning to slip back into the hole.

"Heh heh... true, true..." Farfalla continued looking down and digging, for once she was quiet. She wasnt exactly concentrating on digging so the hole didnt get any deeper as the sand slid back in. Farfalla's face was warm, she had never known what it was like to feel shy so she was very confused at the moment.

Take managed to get enough of the sand out of the way, and hopped down into the hole. He looked up at Farfalla with bright eyes, and smiled. He turned around in it a few times, and laughed as his feet got sucked into the wet sand. He turned to her again, "Come on in! The hole is fine!" He said as he wagged his stumpy tail.
