I shouldn't be looking...thats so rude and lecherous. But the way it sways is so mezmerising and her tail feathers caresses are ever sweet. No...No I'll not be like the average male. Swiftly he quickedned his pace so that he was now walking along side her. "Yes my Oracle, the very lioness whom will always be viewed as a queen within my eyes and treated as such."

"You're very charming, Desero...but please, treat me as you would any other. Just because my second sight sets me apart from others does not mean that I am not mortal." She gave him a gentle smile, suddenly hip-checking him sensually. Tail feathers trailed along his, her eyes holding that seductive stare. "It's getting late...think we'll make to Reid's?"

"It is not your gift that that makes me want you to treat you so highly. It is simply you. All that you are doing for me, have done for me and probably will do for me. I will treat you as I do others...but you'll still be extra special to me." He chuckled a bit as her hip check met him but he looked ahead. "Don't worry, we should get there in time and if not, then we can stop over there and rest." He looked over to a rather large tree with a wide reaching canopy.

"Hmm...well hopefully...if the sky doesn't burst into rains." She chuffed gently, the clouds beginning to rumble overhead. They growled maliciously, as if warning the pair to get out of their sights. The large sky could burst open with tears at any moment, marring the lions' coats with wet. Venya thought it over in her mind. "It'll be faster if we stay under the canopy. The rain will grow heavy, we won't be able to see if we keep going."

"Then let us make haste. It will be difficult to keep warm if we are sopping wet." Licking her cheek, he turned and ventured toward the tree with haste, his tail feathers trailing against her form for a breif moment.

Surprised by his touch, Venya faltered. She stared after him, his muscles beginning to make thoughts form in her mind that shouldn't be there. The touch of his tail feathers brought her back to reality. Smirking, she trotted after him, paws lightly scratching up the dirt. As they neared the tree, the rain slowly began to pour downward. Small droplets of the water blotted the lions' coats, the largeness of the water droplets evident upon them. The seer hurried to the tree before it got any worse.

Desero quickened his pace aswell and once the both of them were beneath the shelter of the trees canopy it was then the sky released it's rejuvinating tears apon the earth. "It's a good thing we spotted this place when we did."

"Yes...I would hate to be in this storm. However, the land needed it greatly." Settling upon her rump, she proceeded to lick her left forepaw, using it to flatten out her hair. Ears flicked getting the water droplets off her flakes. Venya used her tail to get the water from everywhere else. "Hmm...it appears we'll be spending a night under this tree..." She said suddenly, her eyes never leaving the rain.

"Indeed but I see nothing wrong with that." He muttered as he shook himself dry. "The ground here isn't bare. Instead it is lush with soft grasses so the bedding will be comfortable and it's quite dry so we shouldn't have any issues with keeping warm."

She agreed, settling upon her belly. "Yes. You chose a great spot, Desero." Venya looked at him sideways with a small grin. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were either planning this, or got really lucky." Her laughter floated through his mind, a gentle purr sounding from her throat.

"I'd say that lady luck has chosen to be on my side for a change and I must admit that I am very grateful for it. Who wouldn't want to be stuck under the shelter of a tree during a storm with a beauty like yourself?"

Her tail flicked gently, now looking into his eyes. "Indeed. I have no problem being stuck underneath a tree in this horrible storm with a rogue such as yourself." Venya gave a playful smile, her purring growing louder than before. "Desero...when you find your parents...what shall you do?"

"Well for starters...I'll ask them exactly what happened to our pride, introduce them to the one that raised me and see exactly what our pride was to carry on tradition. I mean after all I doubt their are many of us left so why not start a new."

The White Mage listened carefully. "That seems like a sound start. I'm glad you have a pride to go to." She gave him a gentle smile, careful to keep the envy from her eyes. "I'm sure there shall be much of your pride..." Her thoughts began to drift to the pride members of her past pride...her mother...aunt...multiple sisters and brothers...there was only one that seemed to elude death constantly...Sighing, she looked over at him. "Well, I hope to help you in any way possible."

"What do you mean by that. You do have a pride to go back to. Mine...that is if you'd want to join us. I'd like for you too atleast and I am sure that you'd be more than welcome to walk amongst us."
