Standing up on his hind legs Dalton tried to push the grate up, "Hey! Get your lead butt off that!"
Shadow stumbled back as the punch connected. From behind paws thundered towards him "You will regret that! I let it slide the times you've attacked me, but this act against my tamer is unforgivable." Iria sat up and rubbed her red cheek. "Get him out of here! Quick! Before he calls for the other three!" Atop the building he had been standing three small portals of digital enregy began to form.

Dalcoan, while next to Dalton, added his strength to try and lift the grate up with him. "We can do it, we just gotta try!" he shouted as his front paws pushed against the grate.
Kayne, now at Shadow's right side, attempted to ram against Shadow with his front paws out, the claws out and down for a painful effect.
Damien already had another fist coming in from his left arm, his scowl growing even deeper now. "You will regret attacking Iria, you son of a *****!"

Dalton's tail thrashed wildly as he pushed up, the bell at the end of his tail ringing with ever flick. The grate began to lift and Daigon gulped. In one mighty thrust he bounded off and made his way towards a empty building.

Hit full force Shadow buckled before bursting into laughter. Staring up at the Ultimate level digimon. "Well I can't do much to you as a rookie now can I?" Light engulfed him, "Digivolve!" and when released a blackish gray Kyubimon with red markings glared back, "Dragon wheel!" Spinning completely around fire shot for the little puffs of flames that hovered at his tail and formed a ring that swirled towards the cerberumon.

Dalcoan pushed the grate open with Dalton and jumped out, his ears tuned in to the sounds that Daigon made. He immediately began to run towards Daigon, sure of where he is going.
Kayne was blasted by the little fireballs and he fell, his legs bent as his body was smoking from the flames. He stood up, if weakly, and bounded once more, this time his maw opened wide, his eyes set on Shadow's throat.
Damien leapt back and helped Iria up, hia arms holding onto Iria's left arm. "We need back-up! The other three are already coming!"

Scampering after the labramon like a large ferret, Dalton tried to keep up, "Come on! If we wanted to delete you it would have happened already! Just stop and lets talk!" The candlemon continued inside the old building, heading up the stairs, "NO!"

Being shoved down Shadow thrashed, "Thadrid! Sladin! Tarverus! Come my loyal servants! " The portals burst open and three digimon poured out. All three were rookies but that all had something in common. Their bodies were deep purple with a lighter purple that seemed to glow here and there. A tapiermon, another candlemon, and a demidevimon all sneered at the one that held their leader down. "Sladin! Go get that wild one! Streghten our ranks!" The digimon nodded then took to the air.
Iria grimaced as she held on to Damien, "This isn't good. I should have done something about him the first time I ran into him....."

Damien shifted his weight and held Iria to his side, grimacing. "I trust Dalton and Dalcoan will catch him. Until then, we need to worry about ourselves and this B*****d."
Kayne's mouth opened wide, and an emerald glow eminated from his mouth as he lowered his head. "Emerald Blaze!" he shouted before setting the green flames loose to envelop Shadow. It streamed out in a blaze of emerald glory.
Dalcoan ran inside the old building and quickly caught up to the hopping candlemon, his ears tuned in to the Candlemon still. "Just WAIT! ALso, if we were trying to hurt you, we would have already! We just want to talk! It's Shadow's Ruffians you want to worry about!"

Upstairs all the windows were well boarded up, he was stuck with no where to turn or run. The room looked as it it was a old storage room, still filled with old boxes covered with white sheets. Bounding over to what looked like a table covered by a sheet that drug the ground, Daigon slipped under it. Like a ball with wings Sladin swooped in and dove towards Dalcaon, clawed feet extended out.
Screaming in pain the kitsune digimon forced his legs under the other, trying to through the cerberumon off him. Both the Tapiermon and the candlemon Shadow had called for set out to attack the higher level digimon.
"We... we need to do something." she held her head feeling dizzy from the blow. Placing her hand on her digivice, Iria tried to work out a plan of action. Seh already had a rookie and a champion digimon out in the real world. This lever her with 44 other digimon to choose from. but the choice had to be a wise one due to the digital spirit.

Dalcoan jumped up and attempted to ram into Sladin, his mouth wide open to latch onto anything he got his maw onto. He growled deeply as he was flying through midair.
Kutai's right clawed paw swiped itself across Shadow's face, the claws dragging behind the paw to make a clean cut. Though he didn't get very far when Shadow's legs reared him backwards.
Damien's head began to spin slightly, his vision slowly becoming blurred by the strain made on his digital spirit. He took his Digivice out and looked at his only other digimon, Piko, and shook his head. "I can't take much more strain on my spirit..." he said, feeling his legs shake.

"Demidart!" Sladin yelped before sucking in air and releasing it. As the air was exhaled thin, fine point needles shot from the bat like digimon's mouth.
Shadow rolled to his feet, blood dripping from his face, "If you are with the filth that fills this world then you have no right to call yourself a digim...." the words were cut short as Static rammed the other into the nearby wall. A blast of gas hit Static in the tapirmon used walking dream, trying to put the blue kkyubimon to sleep.
Iria shook her head, "You already have a rookie and ultimate out. Don't strain yourself more. I have plenty I can call for help from." It was then Iria settled with calling on her own champion form the Labramon line, "Digimon realized!" Sliding to a stop a seasarmon shook off then growled at Shadow. Falling to one knee Iria panted, "Work quickly guys!" Fang nodded then charged forward.

Dalcoan yelped in pain as the needles hit him right on the forehead and cheeks, but the claws he had went straight for Sladin, his mouth grabbing onto something, though what he did not know. He clamped down in a vice grip and was determined to not let go at any cost. "You are not getting this one...not this time."
Kayne ran forward and rammed his paws onto Shadow's throat, his claws barely above the skin on Shadow's face. "You silence yourself now, and don't speak anymore! Lest I gouge you right here and now, or end it."
Damien held up Iria with her left arm over his shoulders, though he himself was feeling the strain from all of the effort from his 2 main Digimon. "Kayne! Dalcoan! End this quickly, we don't have much time!"

Sladin screamed as the jaws latched onto his leg. Flutterieng his wigs rappidly he lashed at the labramon's face with his clawed toes.
Static gasped at teh haze surrounded his face and a heavey numbness settle in. Fang rushed forward to help support the Kyubimon before he fell to the ground.
Shadow fell back hitting the wall. "Lava loogie!" a glob of fire shot from the dark purple candlemon's mouth at the cerberumon. Shaking his head Shadow didn't have much choice. "You will have to return to teh digital world soon. And then your humans will be defensless." he laughed as eh di-digivolved back to a renamon and shadow leaped back to the roof top. "Thadrid! Taverus! Fall back! Sladin will have to take care of himself." A portal opened and the in a flash he was gone.

Dalcoan grunted and growled, and even whined a bit, but his bite only got tighter and tighter as he latched on to the leg, not letting go. "You are mine!"
Kayne felt the pull to the digi-world...Shadow was right. He was going to be going back soon. He lowered his head and opened his mouth wide, the emerald glow eminated from his mouth. "Emerald Blaze!" he shouted, but he did not have the energy. He fell to his knees, and disappeared with a flash back to Damien's Digivice.
Damien felt the strain from the attempt, and fell to one knee with Iria's arm over his broad shoulders. "The candlemon...Dalcoan, secure him...keep him safe." he thought to himself.

Iria panted and slumped down the the ground The Seasarmon vanished in a burst of digital coding and Static de-digivolved back to a renamon, "Are you alright Iria?" he panted to her. She slowly nodded before speaking into her digivice, "Dalton hurry.."
"Right!" the ferret like digimon responded before darting under the long cloth that covered the table. He sneezed then glanced around. It was gone. The candlemon that Iria was looking for and it seemed Shadow had interest in was gone. "Um... Irry.....sorry?" was all he could manage.
The demidevimon was desperate now. Turning Sladin sunk his teeth into the labramon's nose, "Let go ya mutt!"

Dalcoan yelped in pain and in reaction, let go of the demidevimon and landed on the ground with a solid thunk. He was limp, mostly, though one could see his chest was moving...he felt drained from the effort, and he knew that Damien's energy was running out. "Damien...I'm sorry...he got away."
Damien got his digivice out when he heard this, though he was still trying to hold Iria with his other arm. "Come back...quickly, if possible." He said, before putting the digivice back into his pocket. He was fallen to one knee, holding Iria, and extremely drained...he was out of it, for now.

Magnus strolled down the street nonchantley when he heard the sounds of battle in the nearby alley. He took off running muttering "Finally...something to break the monotony" He sprinted down the alleyway and saw the demidevimon. "Well well well...doesn't this look fun. Time to lend a hand I think. Come on out Andariel and lets see if we can't turn the tide."
Andariel jumped out ready for a fight. "About time boss I was gettin bored." She cackled and lunged at the enemy, pitchfork held forward."
