My IRL name is Kayla, so I don't get many nicknames from that, but here are a few:
Kay
Kay-Kay
Dorky Porky, (xD, 'cause Kelsey was annoyed that I'm skinny) or DP
Hoagie
Shark (my swim team nickname)
Crazy Psycho Person (my personal favorite xD)
Online, my main nickname is Kitten. (My username here would've been Kitten too, if it hadn't been taken already.) This is what some of my online friends outside Gaia call me:
Kitty
Puss or p***y
Kitty-Kat
Kittycat
KitKat
Kitt
...And several other variations. xD;;
Here on Gaia, I'm called either Chibi, Kitten, ChibiKitten, KittenChan, etc... but actually my main Gaia nickname is Chikicha, from ChibiKittenChan. Its just I've never really told anybody to call me that at this guild before. >>;;

I've had various nicknames in real life, but, none of them stuck. XDD Thankfully.
On Gaia, most people just call my Frozen, but there's also FM (which I use myself XD), Frozy, Fro... and for the few that still remember my old account, I've had a few people call me floozy still. XDD

Teddy Bear Nazi I've always kinda been the dumb vacant head drooly type. That got me the nickname of Tiny, based off that character from Crash Bandicoot D; I hated it. But then I just got used to it, and now meh, I kinda like it. =D try getting a girlfriend with the nickname tiny

Let's see....i'm known as Big boy, big dawg, Grimsley, Biggun', Dinosaur (don't ask...it's embarassing....) i think that's it..unless someone comes up with something new.......online i'm known as Bane. Oh Baxter is another one....(seriously don't ask about that one....)
