"Ya know, I didn't think I would be either. I kinda surprised myself. I thought because I didn't really take things to heart, that I really wouldn't be able to fight when the time came. But I guess I can." Rath placed one hand behind the back of his head, kinda embarassed as he noticed he was bragging about himself. "But you are more like that thinker type Lotty, so I'd have to agree with you. Your spot is off the battlefield in a cool Air Conditioned room playing computer games." Rath teased, hoping she wouldn't take any of it seriously.

"See? I knew you had it in you. You always had a fighters spirit, so I knew you'd be big." She grinned and pulled her hands out of her pockets. She didn't know what it was, but she always had to do something with her hands. So, at the moment, she was tapping her fingers against her pants. She couldn't help but laugh at his interpretation of her. Because it was actually kind of true. She hated the heat, heck the Junk Shop was actually kind of chilly. She did have a knack for games. "Ah, computer games, Rath? You don't do me any justice, do you?" She sighed and locked her hands behind her back again. "I'd probably be thinking ideas for the games. Maybe. I might even use you as a character." She laughed lightly at that.

10001110101... Sei against the side of a buidling, it looked old, but it was the only place she felt isolated from the broken apart place they today called the world. Sitting down behind a large tangle of weeds, Sei took out a small handheld computer. It was very foriegn and Sei was absolutly in love with it. Sighing lightly, Sei switched it on and began to scroll throught the menu, she had never used it before and was ready to find out what brilliant new things it could do for her. "You are such an odd peice of art." Sei smiled, she was extremely nerdy, a huge reason why she refused to speak with anybody, especially boys.
Sei's eye's would glance up from time to time, making sure no one or thing was around. She put her knees togther and bent her legs in attempt to hide the little computer. She continued to play with it, many different options coming up, it scrolled through data within seconds as she was almost surfing through the internet. "Hm..." she mumbled and touched her finger to it once more. ADDICT3D TO A FORBIDD3N TOY...

"Hunh..." He gave the comment thought for a moment. "Me, a video game character?" He tilted the toothpick up once more. "That'd be pretty rad, ya know?" He gave a childish grin as a few thoughts ran through his mind. A Dashing Knight, a Wily theif, an innocent guy that gets sucked into a terrible plot of destruction. Once he came back to his senses and he stopped day dreaming, he nodded. "Yeah, I can see that."

Lotty laughed and ran her hand through the air as if she could see the headline. "I can see it now: Dashing young soldier falls in love with dangerous enemy vixen." She wiggled her eyebrows playfully and laughed again. Oh, the scenes she could come up with. Needless to say, her imagination was always running. It stopped for no one. Especially not rationality. She scratched at her arm, the fabric she wore was literally 'itchiness from hell'. She pushed the sleeves up and sighed, scratching the fabric across her abdomen.

"Ohh, I'd hope not. I'd feel terrible." Rath shook his head, thinking about what he would do. He'd have to change sides to be with her, and thats just not what Rath stands for. "I hope I don't fall for someone of the corporation..." Rath seemed to be talking into thin air, just blurting out thoughts and kind of sounding like a child whining. "I'd rather be the guy that saves the hero at the end when he gets down in the dumps because the girl gets taken from him! He's the real hero in the end!" Rath nodded, laughing childishly to himself.

Lotty giggled inspite of herself. "I don't think you'll fall for a corporation loony. Because then, she wouldn't really be a corporation loony, she'd be a fake corporation loony. Right?" It just seemed to make sense, because the corporation was everything that Rath was against, pretty much. And the same went for herself. So, in order for either of them to fall for someone in the corporation, then they wouldn't really belong to the corporation. At least, thats how she saw it. "Are you stuck on being the hero? Okay, fine. You can be the guy that goes in at the last second, and strikes down the bad guy so that the hero doesn't get killed by a surprise attack!" She laughed at it all. The whole scene was just hilarious to her.

Looking about his office, Edward leaned back in his overly sized chair and placed his feet on the desk. What do I do now? If that phone call doesn't arrive soon, I'm going to start the task without help. His eyes kept darting from the door to the phone, each equally taunting him. Edward loved his job, but hated the long waits between planning and doing. Sighing, he stood up and grabbed his dark blue jacket off the coat rack and reached for the door handle. A sharp shrilling noise filled his large, empty office. "Finally.." He muttered to no one as he dropped his coat and dashed for the phone. "Edward here. You did? So...every thing's ready? Okay, I'm on the way."
A broad grin had appeared on his face. Getting his coat off the floor, Edward dusted it on and made his way for the door again. He had had some exciting missions in the past, but Edward felt that this was going to be the biggest yet.

"Hah, yup. Sounds like me." Rath nodded, seeing it as a film, playing through his head. The bad guy holding his hands up, as if he were giving up. But soon he would attack once the hero turned his back. As the hero turned, Rath ran behind him, taking the hit for the hero. And then the hero getting angry about losing his friend and finishing the bad guy off. Rath chuckled once the cinematic finished. "What would you be?" He asked, placing his hands in his pockets and the toothpick falling from his mouth.

She locked her hands behind her back as she watched her toothpick fall. Then he asked a question that caught her attention. "Hmm... I dunno." She rubbed her chin and glanced up at the sky, unable to put together the right scenery. "I'm not sure, exactly. What do you think I'd be?" She could place the exact spot where the people around her would be, but ask her about herself and she was completely clueless.

"The nerdy mage that has a crush on the Main Character but is too shy to say so." Rath nodded, laughing lightly. "Yup, sounds just like ya." He reached up from his pockets, ruffling her hair a bit before returning his gaze to the dirt path they walked. They were reaching the end of the slums and the rough looking playground that stood outside the outskirts of the slums. He gave a soft smile at the corroded bars of the swing set. "Lets go play!" He exclaimed, taking one of her hands and pulling her towards the playground.

Lotty actually stopped in her tracks and gawked at Rath, she even blushed a tiny bit. Then, regaining her speech, she hurried up to Rath. "I'll grant you nerdy, but a crush? No way. Your off your rocker, Rath!" She would certainly not have a crush on the main character. And if she did, she would most definitely not be shy! She wouldn't make her character shy, that would just be too realistic. Then Rath made her feel like the younger one and ruffled her hair. He was lucky she didn't hit him for that. Then, she saw the playground and knew just what was coming. But, she still wasn't prepared for it. She groaned and let him pull her. "You are such a child."

"But thats who you would be!" Rath laughed, thinking that they were just being the characters that they should be compared to their personalities. But when Rath thought about it, he was the main character. The guy that went far too far out of his way for people, the guy that gave the orders, and the guy that everyone in the group seemed to look to when something unexpected happened. He pulled her to the swings, letting go of her hand and giving a lighthearted laugh. "I might be a child, but I more fun than any other older person!" He stepped over to the next swing and plopped down in the seat. "Yes! Its been far too long." He began a slow start, picking up speed, and then slowly height.

Lotty pouted immaturely for a moment then sighed. But, under her breath she muttered something that sounded like. "... I would not..." Yes, she had to have the last say, no matter what. When they reached the swings, she dropped into the nearest seat and began rocking back and forth slowly gaining speed. She just needed to gain a little bit of height, then she could sit there and sway with the wind. "That's true, and I suppose it's good that you have your fun every now and then." She closed her eyes and let the wind hit her face as she swung.

"And with our line of work, it could be our last time for fun, ya know?" Rath smiled, although he was talking about something totally depressing. But Rath wasn't one to die before he finished out a promise, it just wasn't his style. He would glance over to Lotty for a moment and then back to the ground where his feet bounced on the dirt trail as the rest of his body floated in the opposite direction. "Is it alright if I call ya Lotsie?" Rath laughed childishly, knowing the answer.
