Name Meaning/Nicknames: Calamity from the heart.

Gender: Female

Age: Looks to be in her late teens but is 513 years old.

Race: Pure blooded demon.

Majors: Swordsmanship and Dark Magic.

Character Looks: Yakusai has pale skin and yellow, melancholy, hawk's eyes. Her hair is the color of a cloudy day with pending rain. Her rather unusual wings are the same shade, looking almost like angel wings, only smaller and less feathered. Not to mention the little spike at where the bones would connect. She has pointed ears, not as long as an elf might have but longer than the average human's. She has two small, silver hoops in the top of her left ear, and one small, silver hoop in the same spot on the right ear. That never changes about her wardrobe. Her right eye is bandaged, to prevent the evil spirit, Keen, from seeing out of it. Even though she stands at 5'8'', which definitely isn't short, she looks kind of small. Her nails are rather sharp, and naturally black, like her tail, which is the most traditional tail a demon could ask for. She goes for a darker lolita-gothic look, and likes to wear top hats, and ruffled dresses and such. She sticks to darker colors, almost always. And if she can't move around freely, she won't wear it. One of her favorite outfits is a long-sleeved blue-gray top that ends slightly past her wrists. It is a button up top, with black laces on the side of sleeves, starting at the elbow and stopping before the shoulder. She also wears a gray skirt, that isn't really short but close. On her head is a small top hat with two red roses on it. She doesn't necessarily like it because of the looks, but because of how comfortable it is.

Alignment Good/Neutral/Evil: Evil

Personality: Around strangers, Yakusai has two different personalities. One is when she cynical and cryptic. When like this, she is also more sadistic and jaunting, enjoying other people's pain. Her other personality is a much calmer one, sort of melancholy and nostalgic. When ever she is in this mood, she is probably thinking about her past, things she regretted doing and things she wished she had done. However, around any friends she might have she is in a light, humorous mood, enjoying playfully teasing them and being sarcastic.

History: Yakusai spent most of her life in the underworld, about 400 years or so. However, she spent about 300 of those years in a jail cell. She was sentenced to a life sentence after jokingly insulting an important demon prince. She escaped, eventually, by slowly unlocking her magic which had been bound by the demon council. After that she blew a hole in the wall and escaped quickly. The demon council is still skeptical about how exactly she managed to break their spell and escape, but several people reported her muttering, "Stupid humorless demons." As she left. She then made her way up to the surface, when she knew she had no way of staying in Hell undiscovered. Before she had escaped, however, she came into battle with a demon who happened to be great at magic. During the battle, the demon sent an evil spirit named Keen to possess Yakusai, though it was only successful in possessing her right eye. While Yakusai selling Equinox into slavery was a big event in Equinox's life, it was only a small one in Yakusai's. She bought the toy, played with it for a while, then sold it. She wandered around the earth, bored, and stumbled across Tenshi High. Interested, she enrolled.

Any weapons/armor you have: Yakusai has no armor of any sort, and probably never will. For a weapon, she likes to use a long red-bladed scythe. The scythe is a bit shorter than she is, and she usually keeps it strapped to her back, with a leather covering over the blade.

Any items you have: She doesn't carry anything with her.

Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Yakusai is able to use complex dark magic spells and also is able to attack directly with dark magic. She often draws out battles, weakening the opponent slowly. This is simply a preference, how ever, because she enjoys watching her opponent die slowly. When battling with her scythe against, she prefers quick, small blows. Her fighting style changes if she is up against a strong opponent. Instead, she aims for vital organs, and strikes her scythe deeply.

Character Flaws: She can't see out of right eye properly. A powerful evil spirit (Known only as Keen.) of sorts attempted to possess her completely, but has only managed to take over her right eye. Keen can see through it, while Yakusai can't. Therefore, her right side is a blind spot. Also, there are certain times where the spirit does manage to take full possession of Yakusai's body. At that time, Keen tries to kill Yakusai's body, because it wouldn't harm him. Needless to say, that's a big problem, and it seems to happen especially during important life-threatening battles.

Friends in the world: None, for the time being.

Enemies in the world: Equinox Late.

Name: The Doctor

Name Meaning/Nicknames: Doctor Who? Just the Doctor. (Just call him Doctor. It's easier than saying, "Oh, the Doctor!" all the time)

Gender: Male

Age: He appears to be young, around thirty. He's a vague sort of immortal being - he has thirteen lives [see 'Abilities' below for details]. He's on number ten, and it approximately between 900 and 1,100 years old...he's lost count!

Race: Time Lord. (Half Human on his mother's side though.) Time Lords are similar to humans, except that they've got two hearts, as well as an extra set of lungs, and are generally more durable than humans, requiring little to no sleep, and having - you guessed it - a keen sense of time. Beyond keen, in fact, but that's getting into specifics!

Major(s): N/A (He'll probably just pop in random classes and poke around - he's like that.)

Character Looks: The Doctor, (in his current form), has messy, tawny hair, with brown eyes to match. He occasionally will throw on a pair of black-framed glasses. The Doctor seemed disappointed that his tenth body was not "ginger" - a red head. He wears an outfit consisting of a dark brown pinstripe suit, shirt and tie, a light brown overcoat and a pair of cream-coloured Converse All Stars. He's been known to vary his outfit to a blue suit, but he prefers the brown. When time-traveling, if going to a very 'picky' time period, he'll change his attire to match.

Alignment: Good!

Personality: The has a light-hearted, easy-going, witty and somewhat cheeky manner, yet with a strong personal sense of justice that makes him quick to anger when he feels it is violated. He frequently voices his belief that there are "no second chances" if they fail to change their ways or turn on their word to behave. He also has a tendency to babble, mixing apparent nonsense with vital information, sometimes acting erratically to put his enemies off guard. He can also be rude on occasion, and is not always aware of it.

He believes his immortality is a curse at times; he lives while his companions grow old and die. He's a lonely soul, masking it with a cheerful disposition.

History: The Doctor has traveled across eons of time - from the very beginning. That is to say, he's not that old, (all things considered - a thousand years is but a drop in the vast sea of eons), but he's been there anyway. He's been to ancient Rome, to the final demise of the Earth when the sun explodes. He fought in the Time War, in which his entire race died. He blames himself for their demise, as well as the resulting damages to the other planets in the universe. Before his traveling ship punched a hole into the Gaian universe, he had saved all elements of reality from 'the darkness', but at the cost of his close friend and the loss of his love (for a second time). He's sworn to never again take a traveling companion.

Weapons/Armour: A Sonic Screwdriver! This handy little tool can open and lock doors. It can also tinker around with computer files and generally access most things electronic. He also has a piece of paper in a small, brown flip-wallet, "psychic paper" - it tells whoever he shows it to whatever he wants them to see, or the viewer sees what they themselves what to see. It can also be used to access ATMs and barcode readers. People with psychic awareness can see through the ruse of the paper, however. Other than that, the only real weapon the Doctor has is his ability to confuse people with his techno-babble and put enemies in a sense of complacency with his seemingly erratic behavior.

Any items you have: The Doctor's ship, the T.A.R.D.I.S, (Time and Relative Dimension In Space - it's a blue, 50s British police box) - although broken when he lands at Tenshi, houses the ability to travel through space and time. He "borrowed" it when he left his home planet. And the Sonic Screwdriver. ..and black glasses. Honestly, that's it. ...he might have a toothbrush.

Any battle skills/magical powers you have: ...does being able to identify things by licking them count? I bet it does. His ability to ramble also tends to confuse his enemies, allowing time for him to concoct a plan or at least stall. He can adapt to fighting styles, but that's not to say he's magnificient at all of them. He's peaceful by nature, not a fighter. If killed, (provided his brainstem hasn't been destroyed, or both of his hearts), he can regenerate every cell in his body, creating a new body for himself. He can only do this three more times, however, before he hits his thirteenth (and final) body.

Character Flaws: The Doctor has been known to face danger with a cheerful, almost blasé attitude, which signals his belief that things will always come out right in the end. This belief caused him to lose his companion and love, Rose Tyler, when they were trying to save the world from his worst enemies, the Daleks. The Doctor also tends to shoulder more emotional burden than he really can - probably a result of living as long as he has - which makes him blame himself when things go wrong, or when reminded of things he's done in the past, especially when related to the Time War.

Friends in the world: He's got a fair few friends in the world - terrestrial and extra, including William Shakespeare. (Whom he got to yell "Expelliarmus!" during a play.) His companions generally get along with him, and it's actually quite hard to dislike him.

Enemies in the world: Oh...anyone that's bad and doesn't take the first chance to change their ways. Or people that just dislike him. Oh, and, the Daleks, Cybermen, the Master...

Lover: The Doctor doesn't currently have any loves - his last one, Rose, was lost, (to a parallel dimension and his clone), during one of their adventures, and, while he misses her dearly, he tries not to dwell on it. His enemies think they can use her memory against him, to strike 'below the belt' and daze him, but, instead, her memory makes him even more determined to fight on.

Don't judge by the cover
Kira is thin and slender, almost frail looking, very pale, and comes just to 5'5" in height. She has deep, bright blue eyes and her hair is pure black, goes just past her shoulders, and is never straight. Instead, it's naturally wavy, the ends curling slightly. She keeps it in a ponytail almost constantly, tied with a simple hair rubber band thing of varying colors. Even in the ponytail, it's very wavy. Small bits always fall out, and these she tucks behind her ears. She tends to wear t-shirts or tank tops, usually with a black zip up hoodie over top of it. But recently she's been coming out of her shell a little bit more, starting to wear slightly more snug fitting and revealing clothing. She still loves her band and anime t-shirts, but she'll throw more into the mix and wear different colors than black. She likes jeans and cargo pants still, or capris. She'll still almost always be found with heaphones over her ears and she always has on her black converse and silver heart shaped locket.

Kira is overall a relatively good natured person, though can be extremely stubborn. She has a strong personal sense of what is right and wrong, and won't hesitate to confront someone who breaks the rules she's established to define the two. She has a temper and will turn violent, so if you manage to get under her skin enough, she will throw a pretty powerful punch. She's usually pretty good natured, but is somewhat easy to irritate. She is very protective of those she cares about. If they betray her, she takes it very hard and definitely holds grudges. If someone happens to catch her attention, and she finds them interesting and worth hanging around, she may warm up to them more quickly than normal. Though, in the end she does just want to meet people, without having to worry about them fearing her.

The means to the end
Her mother died when she was seven, and she hasn't entirely gotten over it, even though ten years have passed. Though, she tells everyone who asks that she's fine and gives no sign that it still bothers her. She does wear a silver locket with her mother's picture in it, never taking it off. Currently, she lives with her father and older brother.
However, all three of them share a huge secret. The day Kira's mother died, something happened to Kira. She shifted, taking the form of a large black panther. Confused and panicking, she lost control to the animal's insticts and attacked several people. She doesn't know how many, or what happened, because later she woke up in the woods, naked, and covered in blood.
It was dark, so she managed to make it back home without being caught, but the next day reports appeared on the news about some animal attack, and the little seven year old was terrified. Her brother and father helped her through it though, and for the most part, she can control her transformations, except in times of high emotion. Then ears and a tail will sprout, and eventually she could be pushed over the edge into transformation.
She went to Tenshi in an attempt to learn what she was and what was causing the transformations.

Due to the animal spirit possessing her, her strength is more than that of a normal human girl's. She also can transform into an enormous black panther, its eyes staying as her blue ones even after shifting. Even without transforming, she can gain claws and fangs to defend herself. Also, when her body transforms, the size changes and her clothes tear away. So, when she turns back into a human, she'll be lacking clothing.

...but not all the time
She's stubborn and quick to argue, which can often lead to conflicts that could have otherwise been avoided. She also cannot control her power. She's extremely paranoid about being discovered and taken in by some agency for experimentation, so she hates when she's talking and she suddenly sprouts a tail. She doesn't want anyone to know. Also, if she grows too angry or stressed, she can transform, and if she shifts while in a state of panic, it grows more likely that she won't have control of the panther form.
