machineman9v1 Jae Sung I don't care if people act like that, but I hate it when people actually dress up like those characters. haha. true, well sort of. a well done cosplay can be good. but if you are dressing as cloud strife and your hair looks like s**t then there is no point if you are this guy: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Asff84J63gMi can make exceptions to what i said. he really does look like quite a douche edit: look at 11secs when he ball smacks himself wow it makes me ashamed to say that I thought the sword was cool until watching that guy play with it like a monkey's handle bar gah that guy ruined it for me man XD

Soul Fighters Leg Kicks Being Black or Asian gives you a license to pose with weapons. Like Wesley Snipes or Bruce Lee - you know? You mean because of stereotypes?

Cosplaying is their lifestyle choice. I don't give a damn what they do, so long as they don't try to do a 'Wind Scar' on my with their crap I'm fine. Let 'em dream, their bony muscle-less arms will more than wake them up from their visions of granduer.

His top hand is pressed against the tsuba, and he chokes both hands towards the top... that handle is fifteen inches for a reason.
I'm not in here much, and I thought you guys were just being confrontational, until I saw the webcam pics of a fourteen year-old holding a swap-meet pocket knife... so stupid.

Cosplay is about showing off costumes and their love for certain anime characters. ( so it would be pretty foolish to pick a fight with someone posing as a fictional character that shoots fireballs when you realise it just a show ... ) ( After seeing Rovers cosplaying as tanks and fellows dressed as Gundam Mobile Suits ... I don't think they are totally focused on martial arts here ... ) Well, anyway, let's just let those kids keep their fantasy ... unless they totally lost reality and decide to challenge someone with their oversized, flimsy and impractical weapons ... mrgreen

A guy I know turned up to fencing class once with a Masamune replica he'd bought on Ebay.
He swung it. It hit someone else's sword. Bye-bye, 4 feet of the blade...

DarklingGlory Welcome back wayfarer, with your literal take on eeeeeverything xp Well, I am only literal only when I am bored, irritated or just can't find anything to say. sweatdrop Anyway, I am only back for a short while ... and is slowly losing most of my martial art skills due to lack of practice, although I am getting much fitter after going to the gym and being forced to run 10km twice every week ...
