Sakyh Ace Paladin I don't think SSBB is overhyped at all...
I'll go to different forums, and different websites... and find stuff like:
"Hey, Does anyone know when SSBB is coming out?"
or
"What character do you want to use when SSBB comes out?"
or
"That board/item looks cool!"
It's not like SSBB turned into Halo...
"OMFG11 1LAWLZ I CAN;T WAIT 2 BE ZELDUH111"
"HAX HAX, SSBB LEEGENDENDERY EDISHUN111"
"OMFG NO WAI. A SSBB ZUMEE FONE11!" I swear those fanboys are what keep me away from Microsoft. So many damned M$ fanboys doing the chatspeak for friggen halo...(cant type in chatspeak). EDvery now and then I'll see a sony fanboy doing that but usualy it's microsoft. Don't think I've ever seen a nitendo fanboy chatspeak...
It didn't ruin the 360 for me... just the Halo series. D:<

Halo 2 was overhyped, and Halo 3 is overhyped enough for three overhypings. Brawl is overhyped compared to other games, but I think it gets a reasonable amount of hype for the people behind it.
