Aubrey grinned.
"What kind of question is that?" She said lowly. Aubrey went up on her toes and slid down the hall, drawing out her katana.
What little light there was gleamed off the edge of it, temporarily blinding whoever looked into it directly.
They got to the end of the hall, Aubrey's face was dead serious. Was it another student? She peaked around the corner...

'What kind of answer is that?' Tsunami thought, but was able to refrain from saying this out loud. Let Aubrey answer how she wanted.
Tsunami started to follow Aubrey, her hand on the 'on/off' switch, so she was ready. She stayed quiet, however, not wanting to scare whatever it was. When she and Aubrey arrived, Tsunami also looked around. 'What could it be?' she wondered...

Aubrey stared down grimly.
"What the hell is going on here?" She whispered outloud. It was another student. It looked like a first year, but she couldn't be sure. The little boy was sprawled on the ground, pale as death. He wasn't dead, no, but close to it.
Aubrey rounded the corner and walked to him, not caring now how quiet she was. There wouldn't be anyone around, she had come across this scene too many times to know that much.
Sliding one arm around his shoulders and the other under his knees, Aubrey picked him up with no incredible strength. He was what, eleven, anyways.

"Is he dead?" Tsunami asked. As soon as she had seen this guy, she had gasped. She'd never seen somebody so close to death before, not including what the school put them through. But, outside of the fighting... Outside of the fighting she'd never seen something this grim. "He doesn't look good."

"No, no he's not dead." Aubrey said grimly.
"But he would be better off that way." She started off down the hall, towards the girls dormitory, not loking back to see if Tsunami was following.

Tsunami stared at Aubrey's back. She wasn't exactly sure what she could do. She could always kill him, and put him out of his misery. But... something told her that wouldn't be right, if Aubrey was planning to help him. "Right," she then agreed, and followed Aubrey out.

Aubrey walked the three flights of stairs to the girl's dormitory. She hadn't said a word, or looked up fro mthe boy. He would live, but he'd be very weak for the next month or so. No one would miss him.
"Hey. Key's in my pocket." She stopped by her dorm door and motioned with her head for Tsunami to get the key and open the door.

"Right," Tsunami reached and grabbed the key out of the girl's pocket. She quickly unlocked and opened the door, not sure if the guy was heavy or not. If he was, there was no reason to make Aubrey have to hold him so much, was there? "Is there anything you need me to do?"

This having happened alot, Aubrey already had a large stolen bowl and a spare washrag.
"Go fill the basin under my bed with water." She commanded and set the boy down on the bed. It was neatly made, tight and perfect. The boy ruffled it only slightly.

"Right," Tsunami replied, and did as she was ordered. She was used to being told what to do, having helped her family a fair amount, so she had no problem with this.
Once she returned with the basin full of water, she said, "Anything else I should do?"

"No. But you can stay." Aubrey said. She took the washrag and submerged it in the cold water and ringing it out. She never took her eyes off the boy in case whatever his power might be didn't go balistic while he was out.
She placed it on his head and brought up the blackets around him. In a few hours she would give him some water, then a few hours later some stolen broth.

Evion walked into the school, full of hope and dreams. It was late, past the curfew that had been set amongst the others in her 'pamphlet'. The girl traversed the darkened hallways. Her dorm room was on the third floor. Where she was at that moment. As she searched for the correct door, Ev was startled to see a girl carrying a limp boy with another girl not far behind. Wow... This school is so weird... I knew that 'pamphlet' sounded somewhat cooky...
But Evion's curiousity was piqued. She couldn't help herself when she started making herself vibrate, leaving her bag on the floor in the shadows. Then she proceeded to enter after the girls and boy, through the door, invisible and ghostly.

(Sorry, I thought I replied.)
Aubrey could hear something. She didn't know quite what it was, but her ears picked up something...vibrating.
She kept doing what she was doing, and could smell a faint scent that didn't belong in her room. She also picked up another heartbeat. her eyes narrowed, and, quick as lightning, she pulled her katana and threw it, it burying into the wood of the door mere centimeters from the vibrating.
