The Fluff Dumbledore didn't cast a spell, I don't think. I'm pretty sure the whole safe at home thing was an add on the the protection Harry got from his mother. But I'm never sure... .-. I could have swear that he did. I mean his mom only protected him until the 4th book when the Dark lord used his blood to come alive.

I mean, he couldn't touch Harry in the First book, because of his mother.
