Ume's ears stood straight up atop her head as she watched Ano rid herself of the paper bits. "Ano-sama?" She could easily tell Ano was obviously angry at having paperwork and decided to keep her distance. "If you're so stressed with work, you should assign yourself a simple mission or train. Just a suggestion though."

When Amaya reached the place where the litter was just born, there was a man waiting for her. "I'm here to check on the pups. I apologize for not being here sooner."
"Don't worry about it Amaya-chan." The man said with a smile and signaled her towards a small barn. "They're just in here. Five pups all together."
When they went into the barn, Fuki went over to the female wolf, her foster mother, and sat by her side. Five little furballs were currently all curled up to their mother, fast asleep. While she didn't really want to wake them, Amaya went over and picked one of the up to begin her examinations.
About a half hour later she'd finished checking them all over, including the mother, and finished up with her notes. She told the owner the results, then made her way to see the Ookamikagure to inform her as well.
((Actually, I think it'd be Ookamikage, not kagure...))

Ano stood up straight and smiled at Ume suggestion. "You might very well right Ume-san... I think I'll do just that. But I think I'll go out later. I heard from Ayame-san that a litter of pups were due today. I really should wait here to see if they are okay. Maybe I'll spend the night out of the village..." Then her eyes lit up as she thought of something. "I know! I can assign myself on gurad duty tonight. Some time out of the office should help... Setsu can take over for one nihgt. After he;s finished with the fence of course. I might want Ayame or Fuki to watch over Setsu while I'm gone."

Ume smiled a little. "That's sounds like a good idea. Or I can take Setsu-san with me for the rest of the day if you like." she offered. Ume knew that Setsu could be a handful to deal with when he wanted but was willing to help in any way possible. "I can help him finish the fence and we'll be off, if it makes your job any easier."

((Lady Kiba? I might be bringing the Naruto ninja in soon.))
"That's probably best," Ano agreed and nodded. "He needs something to do. He's proably wandering around the village, ut you can find him easily enough. Good luck on your mission Ume-san."
Setsu had stopped in front of a food stand and he rummaged around in his pockets. he pulle out some money and grumbled. "I'm going to have to do some more missions... I'm almost out of money." Sighing, he bought his treat and at it while he resumed his walk.

After a curt bow, Ume disappeared in a puff of smoke again and re-appeared outside. "Now, to find Setsu-san..." Taking in a small breath, Ume closed her eyes and before to sniff the air, trying to get a lock on Setsu's scent. A few short moments later, she caught onto it and began running, using the scent as her guide. A few minutes later, she found the male walking around. "Setsu-san!" Ume called out then made her way over to the other.

Setsu turned as his name was called. He smiled when he saw Ume. She wasn't as bad as his siter. "Yes Ume-chan? What isit? Has Ano told you to punish me for some unknown reason...?" He liked Ume, but Ano was the pack leader so she had the final say.

Ume laughed a little. "Not today, no. I've come to help you fix the Juna's fence and then take you with me on my mission! We're going to be checking for unknown ninja who have been spotted in the forest around the village and see what their up to." she explained, her ears twitching a little. "We'll just finish with the repairs, get you ready to go and we'll be ready."

When Amaya reached the Ookamikages office, Ryoku was once again by her side. She rolled her eyes at him and shook her head before knocking on the door. "Excuse me." she said as she opened the door and stuck her head in. "OOkamikage, I've come to give you my report on the litter."
Ryodu stood out in the hall while his sister took care of business. His nose flared a bit as he sniffed the air. Ume-chan was here not too long ago. She must be bored. I don't blame her, it's been pretty dull around here lately.

"Is that so? How are they Ayame-san? I do hope that they are alright," Ano said and her ears stood straight up with worry.
Setsu's ears laid back to show how relieved he was. "The fence won't take long. I get to go on a mission!" He said excited and jumped up and down, his tail wagging. "Well come then Ume! Let's get this over with!" He bounded down the street in the direction to the Juna farm.
((I'm bringing in the Naruto characters now.))
Shino Aburame was not in a good mood. Kurenai-sensei had told them they were to search the forest for traces of enemy ninja. When he ahd asked why she had replied with a "Don't question me Shino." and sent him and Kiba on their way. The two were currently on their way to the village gates.

"Yes, they are all fine, though one of them seems to have been born blind. She is still healthy and her blindness will not effect her ability at being a excellent tracker." Amaya moved so she stood right in front of the desk instead of by the door. "If it is alright with you, I'd like to take that pup for myself. I believe that I will be able to train her good, with the help of Fuki here." she put her head on top of the wolfs head at her side. "Besides, Fuki would like another companion when I'm busy."
"This...is not good." Inuzuka Kiba grumbled as he looked around. He'd somehow gotten separated from Shino and Hinata and even with his sense of smell, could not locate him. He found himself circling the same area, only realizing too late that he'd gotten caught in an enemy's genjutsu. "s**t."

"Since she is blind it will heighten her other senses. In a way it will be an advantage because enemies will under estimate her. You may take her." Ano smiled, knowing she would be a good caretaker for the pup. "Is there any that might interest me? I have been looking for a fearless wolf to be by my side." Ano looked hopefully at Ayame.
"Where did that moron get to now," Shino growled as he noticed the Inuzuka was missing. Hinata was looking worried and stared at Shino. "W-what should we d-do Shino-kun?" "Head back to the village. I have a feeling we will need back up for this mission." The Hyuuga nodded and sped away back to the village. Meanwhile, Shino released some of his bugs to find and follow Kiba's chakra trail. It took them a while, but they did find it and Shino zoomed off after Kiba.

Ume smiled at Setsus excitement and followed behind him. Fence repairs were fairly easy and they would be done in no time.
Lee, who happened to be in the middle of a rigorous training session in the forest noticed Shino run by, intent on finding something. "Shino-san! Wait!" Getting up from the ground after another pushup, the male got up and ran after Shino.

"Oh yes, you'd do well to take the black male. He's quite feisty and may be a little difficult to train, but I believe the effort will be well worth it. He's the only black in the bunch so he won't be hard to miss. He's also the first one that will approach you. He seems to be fearless." Amaya was smiling, happy that she'd get to train one of the pups, and that Fuki would have a playmate. "Is there anything else that you need of me, Ano-san, or am I free?"
Kiba jumped down from the tree he'd been in to where Akamaru waited on the ground. "C'mon boy, let's go find some shelter." He looked up at the sky and while it looked clear, his nose smelled rain. There was nothing that he hated more than getting caught in a shower when he was on a mission. When he was back home, it was fun, but he didn't have any spare clothes to change into. It will be better to stay in one place anyway until I can figure out where Shino and Hinata went off too. Though I still have to deal with whoever it is who's keeping me in this genjutsu.
After a couple minuets of walking, he found a rock alcove that would do well enough and began gathering wood. In a few minuets he had a fire going. While it might not have been the wisest decision, he didn't want to have to try and start one in the dark.

Setsu nodded and ran off to the Juna farm. They arrived fairly quickly and the owner smiled as they asked where the wood and nails were. "In that shed there," He said while going back to his chores. "Well let's get to it!" Setsu grabbed planmks of wood and some nails and set to work.
"Thank you for the suggestion. The pup does sound indeed fearless." Ano thanked Aymae. "I do not have anything else to needs tending to for today. You are free, but could you take me to this black pup first?"
Shino threw a glance behind him and saw the green clad ninja, Rock Lee. "Hurry up then Lee." Shino slowed down the tiniest bit knowing that Lee was pretty fast so he didn't need much. His bugs could tel that Kia was nearby. And they were getting pretty far from Konoha. "Kiba better be close."
