OK guys, I have some news concerning this RPG. My friend Mousey is applying for this guild and he's going to co-lead it with me. He's doing the universe/story, and he's damn good at it, unlike me. Any revisions you guys want to make should be strictly for the statistics/classes/races/professions/etc.

Each person should start off with roughly... 100 gold. They'd have some light/no armour, barring their starting gear. They could also have a weapon, say, knife or club, And there should be a stronghold where each group starts off in, say, empire has the ... empire... place. Yeah. What you mean by sets is beyond me. Heck, I can't be perfect ALL the time. Sheesh. blaugh

In D&D people can choose basic "sets," which gives them a basic set of starting equipment for their class, or they can buy their own stuff.

Starting Weapon Sets (no stats yet)
Knight: Medium Under-Armor Medium or Heavy Over Armor Longsword + Shield or Greatsword Some money.
Mindblade: Nothing and not much money. They're like the D&D Monk Class in terms of what they need.
Mage: Mage Weapon Mage Cloak (light armor incurring no spell penalty) some money
Spy: Two Daggers or a short sword and shurikens Light Under Armor Light Over Armor 1 device (darkvision goggles would be a good choice) money (to buy pistols, grenades, or devices)
Outcast: a Shotgun, Rifile, Two Pistols, or a longsword with a gun built in Ammo (metal) Light or Medium Under Armor Light Over Armor (overcoat) money
Engineer: a knife and a tekbow ammo Light Under Armor Light Over Armor engineer's tools money

I don't know if the gun info will match up with the game. After all, you only start with 2x your constitution in health, and then I suppose I'd be using the same melee weapons as D&D too... which might make this too much like D&D, even though all the D&D and D20 weapons are a basis for a lot of games. Plus, in this game, critical hits don't have a direct damage effect: I decide the greusome things that they do twisted
Also, you don't pick a specialist class until 5th level, and you can't start with a sniper because they're too expensive.
I will however sign both of you guys up and roll for your base stats, which you can distribute however you wish. The game isn't gonna start for another week though - I'm gonna be in the Poconos. Also, my friend mousey needs to make the story, or else I'll be forced to make it and it will be really bad...
