Ellie awoke, stirring in the arms of her sleeping husband. With a yawn, she grimaced. Ugh, her stomach was in knots. Had simple thinking truly blown so out of proportion that it had turned into colossal mayhem?

Baizou's ears twitched as he woke up with her movement. Tears were left dry and sticky on his cheeks and he didn't seem to notice. "Love?" He asked, looking down at Ellie tentatively. He really had no idea what she was thinking at the moment.

Ellie stirred, and shrugged. "Indifferent." she said plainly, smiling weakly, and cuddling into his chest. She didn't want him to pry right now, not about anything. Kissing his jaw, she tasted salt, and sighed. "Do not cry, my love.."

"I am not!" Baizou defended instantly, rubbing his cheeks and chin. His ears went limp and he sighed, holding her tightly. He buried his face into her spine and propped his legs up on either side of her. "I wish you could know how much I love you... It is... Completely immeasurable." He whispered, just letting his eyes water this time. His heart was still beating from fear of losing her again. The thought almost made him phobic. "I need you."

Sighing glumly River pushed the door open. It reeked of waterfall and grass, more so she was a filthy rat. Coughing a bit her arms extended to the ceiling, this was eventful, Really If anything more happened she'd just have to kill whoever was causing the problems. " Well, it seems quiet enough.." She murmured the lingering thoughts of just being somewhere else where so tantalizing. Shrugging it off she approched the bar, letting her arms fall to her sides.

In the faint of an instant, Ellie froze, her heartbeat even, as her eyes lulled closed. She fell against him, wings caressing him, and her breathing was calm. "I know, dear. I love you too. I would never, ever live without you." she said, her voice quiet, as they sat so oddly just inside the door on the floor.

Caradoc walked downstairs, whistling quite cheerfully. He paused, staring at the couple. "You two find the weirdest places to cuddle..." He murmured, shaking his head. He walked behind the bar and tapped his chin, "Hey, do you guys need anything? I'm making smooooothies!" He said happily, grabbing the ingredients already.

Baizou relaxed a little and kissed her neck. He wouldn't ask her about anything. He didn't want her to tear apart again. He wanted to smile and laugh with her. He needed to or he would still be scared. He picked Ellie up gently and carried her over to the couch.
