If it comes down to Deitric and somebody. Will we have to beat him twice? XD

I always wondered that in double elimination.

I would say no, to be honest. It'd just make everything longer than it already is.

Only two people are capable of a perfect at this point: Darth and Tenkai. Irony if they meet in the final fight.

While that would be ironic, my obvious biasness makes me hope otherwise razz

HoH last year had this problem, as ALL tournaments that don't separate the winner/loser brackets do:

You'll likely have a X-0 win/loss record fighting at the finals, and if they lose there, you have to have a SECOND final match after.

In HoH last year, my team (the only team with a perfect score) just said ******** it and dropped it, because we didn't want a second final match. Too redundant, it would have been our third fight with HNG.

Nah man. Vince'll laugh, and the laughter will win this time.

I was curious about that actually, let's pretend I beat Link 'ere, bash my next opponent, keep 'er going and make it to the final round. And I beat my opponent. And they're perfect thus far-

Would I therefore need to beat them again, and if so, can it be directly after I beat them last so I can get some cheap hits in? That'd be super.

He'll laugh, then run like a scurr'd b***h again and lose for like the eight hundredth time.

And that's also the drawback of double elim without separate win/loss brackets. Personally, I'd say if I were in that position, I'd just go for a one-fight take all thing, instead of using the "I have a perfect record and require two losses" rule to fight again. It would just become redundant.

Agreed. I think the two loss thing is suppose to be more to help a successful fighter reach the finals rather then seriously needing two losses to be eliminated.
