The Pineapple Shoujo Phoenix I guess you're around more gays than I am, but I personally believe it's the media who captures the whole flamboyancy of gays and lesbians, thus the stereotype unfortunately is not without merit. I pretty much disagree with the whole "shout to be heard" thing. Unfortunately, that is and will stay the stereotype. Flamboyancy makes me wonder sometimes. In any case, I agree about the whole "common behavior among children" thing. I don't see why it's interpreted as gay either. confused Maybe this is stereotypical of me, but my the whole gay lisping thing and flamboyancy, that is my ex-friend Nik. Man, sometimes that guy was so..uh..more girly than me, it was scary. Like when he brought me to HOM Furnitures, and was all, "OH THIS WOULD BE SOOOOOOO CUTE IN YOUR ROOM! Especially with that lamp! -squeal-" That's my friend too. He is more feminine than I'll ever be. It makes me disgusted sometimes too. =/ I don't hold to the stereotype very well. I like girl clothing, I like looking like a girl, I don't have a buzz cut, I like dressing up every so often, I'm not a huge fan of leather clothing, I like women for being women...not woMEN. I'm such a rebel. cool
