Song of the Elders: Yolissa requires her harp to use this genjutsu. Once she begins to play the song, if the user hears this move, there body appears to turn old and frail. Once they are caught in this genjutsu, they move at 65% there original speed, and there power is at 75% of what it originally is. The genjutsu can be broke by someone with high genjutsu awareness. This genjutsu only lasts for as long as she plays the song. The opponent has to be within range to hear it. Her range is 200 feet. She can play it for 1 post, every 5,000 Chakra. 1,000 Skill Points.

Name: Mizu Ferraku Village: Mist Power Level 26,672
Suiton Jiten Tama(Rotation Sphere)-Jiten Tama is a large orb of water that is contained by a layer of chakra, the water cannot pass through the layer of chakra, but anything else pretty much can. The sphere is constantly spinning making the water able to smash into enemies and throw them around if hit by the sphere. The orb is connected to the users hand via five chakra strings. It can be swung around and if hit, it can either knock the enemy away or if a direct hit is made they can get caught in the rotating sphere. The flaw of this is the sphere of water ways quite a bit, therefore the user cannot move around quickly. As well if one is able to get behind the orb, the user becomes very vulnerable since he basically is a stationary target to any incoming attacks. 1200 Skill Points

Chain Wrap: luke will swing the chains with his arms straight out then curve his wrist's in so the chains wrap around his arms and waist like a armor so he can break through any type of object or cause some internal damange to his target person. when wearing the chain as an armor it can block kunia or anythng that is being thrown towards it. 800 skill points. every 5000 words the power strike will get stronger.

Gatekeepper ~ Ok.. Is it like that chain gaia Item? lmao So his hands are covered in the chains, for added offensive value? And what do you mean by "every 5000 words the power strike will get stronger" Plus. He cant be able to break through special weapons, or armors.

Reaver: the chain is just a chain you know for locking up a bike at school. just plain heavy duty chains. well you see power strike means his power when strike an object. the more to the power the stronger it is when striking an object. it wont be able to break through special weapons or armors but mabey some other stuff like stone metal crystal. Add that in, And it's accepted.
also here in another made up. Chain Whip: luke will swing his chains around in the air gaining speed then with the flick of his wrist he will launch them at his target like a whip causeing some damage due to how far he is away and the speed the chains pick up from the launching. the chains will break through most objects but have to be a certain type in order to break. the range limit is about 100 fett. Cant break through special weapons or armors. every 5000 words the power strike will get stronger and the feet will increase 100. 800 skill points. Give it a range, and I'll accept it. Also add in that it cant break through special weapons.armors.

Meaning once the mask is formed, they become able to cause the opponent's blood to stop moving to certain parts of their bodies, meaning that that part goes numb. The numbing effect, would cause the opponent to have severe trouble holding weapons, or walking, because it would feel like their limbs aren't even there. This effect only works when the mask is worn. The mask takes two turns, to fully create, before it can be worn. ApprovedBlood God: Blood Chakra This technique, allows for Serkan to be able to utilize his manipulation of his own blood, in order to attack and sap away at anyone's chakra that may be standing or even touching the blood that he may be using, or has sent out onto the field. This is mainly though extending the reach of his chakra Absorbing armor, and thus he does not gain any chakra, by draining it from the opponent. ApprovedBlood God: Vein Rupturing After creating the Bleeding Mask, Serkan becomes able to manipulate the blood in the opponent's vein's themselves. Making them begin to full with more blood then needed, and actually cause their veins to pop out form their body. Although this can create a hazard to the body, it also severely enhances the opponent's adrenaline and causes them to be a little more stronger and faster then usual. The problem is, the more the opponent attempts to use this enhancement to their advantage, the more it actually causes the blood to pump into their veins and arteries. After three posts of this technique being used, the opponent's veins and arteries will tear a little, causing possibly severe internal bleeding. Yet this can easily be fixed, by a medic ninja. ApprovedExplosive Blood By drawing his katana from it's sheath, Serkan can use it's water type emitter to transmute the blood in an area of fifty feet around him into a small explosion, simply by touching the sword to any blood covered surface and using the Rocket blade's effect to cause the blood to explode. This works, as a secondary attack by allowing the blood caused from wounds to have an explosive property and causing a small explosion upon the blade causing the wound, in order to make the wound more deadly. ApprovedBloody Release By releasing the blade with another pull of the trigger the blade actually merges with Serkan's blood, dissapearing from sight and allowing the effects of his blood to have an explosive property to it. Meaning for one attack only, all the blood in the area will explode in a huge style explosion, that could even effect Serkan himself. Once it explodes, the sword will reform back in it's sheath and must be drawn in order to be used again. There is a charge period of five turns, before this attack can be used a second time. ApprovedQuote: Orochi, Nexus Hidden Creature Serpents Release By squeezing the trigger a second time, Venom releases and creates twin towering serpents of pure acidic poison from behind Nexus. Each serpent able to act on it's own, and harness all poison, snake or acid based techniques that Nexus knows. Of course, a strong enough attack could destroy the serpents, but they're made of the odd acidic poison, making them deadly to close range fighters, that may come in contact with them. ApprovedAcidic Saliva Due to him being of a serpent like nature, Nexus has become able to actually harness an acidic property in his own saliva and the saliva of his serpent counterparts. He is able to build up spit in his mouth, and launch it outwards as if it were almost a rocket like stream of acid. This thick stream, is able to melt through almost anything that is not stated as being unbreakable. [IE. No special armors, weapons, or unbreakable barriers] When he reaches a good 100,000 chakra, Nexus is able to actually allow his serpents to shoot similiar streams of acid from their mouths. The acid must go in a straight line, and isn't so fast, as to be easily undodge able at longer ranges. ApprovedThe Snake's Whisper A technique created by Nexus, to mimic the history of the devil's use of a serpent in the biblical story of Adam and Eve. With the use of one of his snakes, or himself. He can casually begin a soft hissing whisper that actually promotes a sort of mindwashing effect onto the opponent or opponents, though they must be weaker then Nexus's current chakra pool, in order to be effected. What the hissing whisper does, is cause the opponent's thoughts to come aligned with Nexus' own. Meaning that if he wishes of them, to go against an order of someone else. The temptation to do so will be easily accepted by their minds. This can not be used to cause someone to kill themselves, or to hand over a weapon or armor. It is simply used, to make an opponent cease defending a village, if they were ordered to defend it. Or stop fighting, if they were ordered to fight Nexus. Basically stopping them from performing their current assigned task. ApprovedSnake Authority Spell This jutsu can extend large snakes from the user's sleeves, which will coil around the target and bind them. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve. Approved

Bone (Currently in Legendary members forum... Pity) Hidden Soul
True Energy Release: Taking the concept of Kinetic and Potential Energy, Bone has found a way to harness its power. Knowing that an objecting in any position generally holds potential energy like a tree that is off centered or a building’s structure. By figuring a way to activate the potential energy in practically any object or living thing around him, Bone can convert the potential energy into kinetic energy like causing a tree to fall or a building to collapse without causing it any initial harm. After each use, there is a one-post rest period before it can be used again. One thing that this technique cannot do, however, it cannot cause any life-threatening damages within the body. Must be purely external and the object in question must be larger than a modern day dollar bill. This technique can be used on Chakra but results vary on what the chakra use was.
Child Innocence: One with a powerful and evil heart can perform this technique if the environment is relatively dark, like night time or darker. Also, it does not need hand seals to activate either. Evil is spread out upon the surrounding area, corrupting the hearts of the children nearby. They will act normal at first; playing or crying over a lost family member or whatever while the user can attack at them. If the opponent is good hearted, they may attempt to save the child(ren). But as they block the attack or assist the children to escape, the children will attack their savior with hands that can pierce through flesh or hold them in one spot depending on how many there are. However, this technique also leaves the children with a darkened heart so they roam around, killing as they meet others except for each other with the look of enjoyment upon their faces. Can only be used once since it affects all children in the area.
Torrest Hyuuga Hidden Leaf
*Quick note: I have enough words to learn all the gates in offline RPing. Do not fret if he does not have the actual gates right now.*
- Breaking Leaf Lotus: After unleashing the 4th gate, Torrest rushes towards the opponent at an increased speed. As he appears right in front of the opponent, he pulls back a fist and throws it forwards, disappearing as the fist comes close to the opponent’s face to cause the opponent to lift his arms up in defense. Afterward, four images of Torrest will appear around the opponent kicking upwards and striking the opponent in the lower part of his chest on four sides, sending him/her upwards into the air. Afterward, Torrest will appear above the opponent spinning like a top but sideways before kicking the opponent hard in the torso and into the ground, leaving a large crater due to the strength of the attack.
9th Gate: Mortality Gate: Once opening the Eight Gate, Torrest found that he was able to take the ability a step further by releasing another gate. However, by releasing the gate, Torrest will be placed in a state of incredible power as his soul energy (AKA Spirit Chakra) will pulse through his body. With combination of the other 8 gates, this gate causes Torrest to surpass even the Demon’s themselves in ability if he has only 10% of their total chakra. However, the greatest drawback is: When activated without the other gates, Torrest has 5 posts before he dies and looses 1000 skill points. When activated with the other gates, Torrest has 3 posts before he dies and looses 3000 skill points. This gate, once opened, cannot be closed until the opponent is defeated. Torrest, if successfully kills the opponent before post limit is exceeded, will be left helpless for a full day before being able to move again.
El Diablo: The greatest of all of Torrest’s attacks. After releasing all the gates up to his Mortality Gate, Torrest will be engulfed in red chakra (which is really just chakra fused with his blood) that would surround him in almost a demonic appearance. Afterwards, Torrest will disappear from sight before several images of Torrest appears all around the opponent, throwing punches and kicks towards them until it looks like a dome of Torrests appeared around the opponent. After dealing over a hundred blows, Torrest will then grip the opponent by the neck, slamming them hard into the ground before tossing them upwards in the air with a bandage attached around the waist. While they are still stunned from being slammed into the ground HARD, Torrest will pull on the bandage before kicking the opponent three more times and sending them higher, through the O-zone layer. Torrest pulls one last time on the bandage before jumping upwards towards the opponent before finally dealing an open handed thrust into the chest of the opponent and sending a wave of chakra so great through their heart and vital organs, that the image of a devil was said to be seen by the man on the moon.
Ginsa Hyumon Hidden Mythology
Blades of Chaos: Seven blades will appear around Ginsa, encircling him. They can be controlled through various hand seals although range and types of hand seal combinations used limit their use. However, they can also be used in combinations with sword techniques.
Lilth Huedini Hidden Magic
Children of Nightmare: After doing a few hand seals, Lileth projects a genjutsu upon the field trapping all the victims within it. The genjutsu will cause the victim(s) to feel as if they have been transported into a ruined city in another world. The city is filled with skyscrapers and the laughter of children can be heard everywhere but is nowhere to be seen. They must find their way out without dying or they lose a forth of their current chakra. But as they attempt to locate the exit in the genjutsu, they will encounter children of which will try to kill the victims with various weapons. Also, there is no end to the children and for every technique the victim(s) use, the chakra is also spent.
Laser Show: Lileth, having been trained in the art of magic, devised this show to flabbergast her opponents with surprise and shock. Hell, it can also be used in a defensive method if played out right. First, Lileth will span the entire battlefield with small mirrors in squares that are 5 by 5 inches. She then takes an ordinary laser pen and creates magical tricks with the lasers using no chakra what so ever. The beams, if uninterrupted, can hold solid objects if the trick called for it and is able to support a weight of a normal human being. Any heavier and they would merely pass through. It can also clothesline anyone running rapidly through the field or create a web of light that, when touched, feels like a tightly strung string. However, only Lileth and any members of her clan know the actual method of how these lasers can hold a solid appearance or can be further manipulated.

They'll be edited with the appropriate factors~ Do not fret. Limiters to the curse seal, are the activation of the seal. A drain can be applied to both if needed. If other mods are really checking this forum, they could at least have the decency to look over my made ups on occasion. rolleyes I make it little known fact that I do not like to mess with the make-up thread if I do not have too... due to the fact that I often do not have alot of time to look over the techniques to the level I need to make sure they are not overpowerful. Not to mention that I often have limited time and wish to spend the majority of it RP which I enjoy much more ( and the reason I joined the guild ). I know my duties as a MOD take priority over my personal wants when needed.
- Klamachpin And I'm simply pointing out, if you're going to start in on something, you better finish it. Because no one other then myself checks the made ups unless I tell them to. But as it turns out, it may not matter.

Right then so this is where I try and get my Jootshoes approved eh now then is it?
Cranberry Trap: Ninjutsu Cranberry Trap creates two walls of fire aiming away from the opponent diagonally about 10ft high each, they are extremely thin but still fire and thus painful as you might imagine. The fire is of a scarlet colour rather than the usual orange you'd expect to see. Of course a person not used to this Jutsu may get cocky and assume they are safe and you have missed, however, after activating both walls slam in on eachother producing the efect of frying whomsoever happens to be inbetween them.
