Rogue turned slightly, giving him the visual of a part of her face.
"Nothing too important. It will be cleaned up by evening...nothing to worry about."
She smiled slightly and then looked back to the bartender, taking another drag on her cigarette and pointing down at her empty glass.

Rogue looked to the door. A man had arrived and asked Rogue where she wanted the large package. She smiled. It was here.
"Take it to the back where it can be brought in. It will be too big for the door."
The men brought in the largely wrapped package and sat it down inside Las Noches. She had them bring it to the second floor for there was a large empty space on the wall the perfect size. She cut the strings and pulled off the large sheets that had been keeping it hidden. It was a huge painting, 15 feet by 25 feet that she had painted many years before, the first time she had come to New York, before any of this had happened. She was only a Death Dealer then, and a private one.
From the roof of a tall abandoned building, she had painted New York in the night. A full moon above, the dark paints very intense everywhere with the small bursts of light from apartments, buildings, shops, huge businesses...whatever was in view Rogue had painted it. She had not fed much during this painting, for she worked from dusk til dawn for months. Her ability very precise when she wanted to be, for she had had almost 600 years of practice.
She smiled at it slightly tilting her head this way and that. Standing so close to it made her feel as if she were in the night again. She paid the men and sent them off. She had some of her guards hang track lighting that illuminated the painting, pushing the atmosphere into intensity when one would walk up the stairs. "Beautiful."
Rogue then went up the stairs and drank 6 humans dry, then came back down, lit a cigarette and went into her private room, calling several contacts finding out news in the city.

Lily stepped through the door and walked over to take a seat at the bar. She shook a cigarette from her pack and ignited it, taking a long drag as the cherry was glowing close to the same color as her hair. She snapped her Zippo shut, admiring the familar click. Her absurbly tight corset made it a challenge to inhale the smoke. She glanced around at the place before ordering a drink. She thought about the city and all the chaos that had been taking place as she took another drag. She wasn't really in the know on everything happening because she hadn't been around much. She switched her thoughts over to what she would have to do in order to establish herself in this city and within the coven.

Rogue lit a cigarette, inhaling deeply. The club was filling up now, most people coming just to have a good time, others unknowingly would be plucked from the floors of the club like sheep to the slaughter. She thought it somehow sad in some frame of mind that belonged to her old human self...all the people who would find themselves praying to their God at the end of the day.
It was her God that allowed her to become this, and she had decided after a few years of trying not to feed, to succumb to her old life, and become what it is God had somehow let her become.
Though some sinful nature that still lurked within the mind and soul of her human self was just as evil and she had fought against the complete modes of cruelty that could come about...torturing her victims. But the longer she lived, the longer she became more what she was....yet where she saw some beauty in some human life...she was weakest.
Not weak per say. But weak compared to the rest of her interests, capabilities and perhaps...passions?
She took another drag, these thoughts moving through her. She pointed to the bar as she sat facing the inner parts of the room, watching the dancefloor...almost mesmorized(sp) by its movement to the sensational beat that ran through Las Noches.

Lililane drifted back into the club after her attemp of trying to entertain herself at the park failed. She shook a cigarette from her pack as she stepped through the door and lit it as she sat down at the bar. She took a long drag before casually flirting with the bartender and ordering her drink. She glanced at the dancefloor, watching the humans sway to the music. She observed their every move, the drunks stubbling around the place, the couples dancing together, and the friends that came for a good time.
Ah I remember those days she thought to herself, when all that was in the world was what was right infront of my face, never thinking twice about what exsisted in the unknown, in the shadows and now...I'm a part of that world.
She tucked a strand of her firey red hair behind her ear and continued to nurse her drink and cigarette.

As the night embraced her, Alexz searched for an escape. She had been trapped in the night for so long that she was no sick of it. A simple taste of the day simply wasn't enough.
She slipped into Las Noches, it was always full of life and light...like the day. She smiled as the heavy bass thumped in her ears, the energy of the club instantly uplifting her. Taking a seat at the bar she closed her eyes and let the sounds, lights, and energy surround her. Their thoughts were all carefree...they lived every day as if it were their last...a danger she would never feel.
As the hunger began to set in again she frowned. Spinning in her seat, she ordered a blood and wine mix. She needed the blood, and the iwne prolonged the hunger a tad bit. Downing the glass in one large gulp, the glass drifted out of her hand and into the sink.
Spinning in her seat once more she sighed. She observed the humans silently, her eyes wandering around the club. They were all alike, the only problem was that the immortals and mortals didn't understand each other...they were too ignorant to try.

Rogue glanced over feeling a more powerful aura within the crowd, dark... She smiled slightly as the woman was doing much of what she herself was doing. Rogue observed her for a moment, then spoke into the woman's mind. She looked like a woman she had seen before... Only, she wasn't a woman. She was a vampire....
You are familiar to me...Your family...I knew them once...
Many years before in France when she was busy with duty and the clean up after the revolution. A great deal of free food was available, but the lycan population was out of control as well...Rogue smiled slightly. Time.

Lily's head snapped towards the woman sitting only a few feet away from her. She looked at her with a question in her eyes. Lily didn't think much about her past, she tried her hardest not to but she knew exactly what the woman was talking about. She grabbed her drink and sat down next to her.
"How did you know my family?" she whispered. This was the first time in centuries that she had met someone who knew who she was, or who her family was.

"We're meant to keep up appearances sometimes...us vampires. We were there before the revolution...there was a growing lycan problem in the area, but we must live like, civilized individuals, seeing as aristocracy was, at the time, least expected to commit some crimes. However troublesome a past, most of us are pained to speak of it, so I apologize for my rudeness."
Rogue threw back a shot of whiskey and pointed to her glass, the bartender coming over to refill. She spoke into the vampiress's mind again.
I was aristocracy once, to the beautiful country of France, though, in that life, I differed a great deal to what I am today...an obvious statement, but an honest one...

Lily smiled "I know that's true, I am suprised though. You're the first I've met that hails from France and knows my family" she spoke softly.
Lily threw her hand up and ordered a few shots of whiskey, which she downed like a pro.
"I'm very much different from what I was as well, but I think all of us are. The life of a vampire is full of history and from what I've found, it's mostly not good history. I've seen the revolutions, the changes, and everything else they've put in the history books but in the world were in, it no longer matters. Time goes by so fast, wars start and end, technology has made great improvements, and everything else I'm sure you've witnessed as well" she smiled at the woman.
"I'm Lililane by the way, I go by Lily on account that most people I've met cannot pronounce it the right way" she laughed and lit up another cigarette.

"Mmm. Lililane. Not too hard. Most call me Rogue, but formerly I was, and somehow still am, Kaei Aubrey D'Ancanto. As long as we're going through introductions."
Rogue took a drag. A rogue was merely what she was now, and Kaei the memory of humanity. "Call me whatever you like."
She drank the other glass and recognized Alexz within the club. She looked over her shoulder to find Alexz there, filled with the thoughts of those within the club.
Good evening, dear Alexz. Not feeling too well?
Rogue's words were purred into Alexz's mind, not as an intrusion, but merely as a welcome. The alcohol helps...I'd try a bit more if I were you. You'd be suprised what these...decaying bodies can handle...
