I honestly have no idea. I'm not a member and last i saw it was Hidden. Last I heard it was falling apart but that was 2 years ago so you know sweatdrop
Heading out now. But I'll be back at night to read various stuff! I woke up at 12 today. I'M SUCH A SLOTH1!!
also i like the new guild layout XD The buttons "Guild Forum" "Members" etc. are ugly but you can't have everytihng.

And what would you guys say to an ability/Curse that's only trait was being able to defy the laws of logic in relation to traveling?
A.k.a. The Ryoga Hibiki effect from Ranma 1/2?
For those who aren't familiar, it works like this. Completely devoid of any semblance of direction, one can get so lost it defies all explanation, literally. In other words one could get lost in Japan and wind up in a England in a tenth the time it generally takes to get there...all while oddly enough never having had to cross water. Or trying to walk a straight line and ending up in the middle of Paris with a bag of coconuts in one hand. All of these have happened to the one known aptly as "The eternally lost boy". Who is actually believed to be under some sort of curse that is actually, in a way, a blessing in it's own right.
While he is perpetually lost, he can still find his way when led by another, and indeed always gets to where he needs to go...eventually. At times the curse takes him to places he needed to be that he didn't even know he needed to be. He can even find places he doesn't know the location of, though to him it's just as impressive as finding the bakery down the street.
The way I was thinking it could work in game is that while traveling time for him was one tenth the norm, he'd have to roll at random to decide where he wanted to go. Same thing inside villages, though of course the travel time wouldn't be an issue.
The big thing would be that after two times the travel time, or after ten rolls while in a village, he would automatically get to where he wanted to go.
The only reason I brought it up, was because I was writing Kimiko's Time skip now, and I was thinking of having Ryoga Hibiki make a cameo as an NPC...just because I'm weird like that. Would that be bit too much of a stretch?

omg ryoga was my favourite charracter in ranma. did you hear that FAVOURITE i say!!!! we could do that. Just make it a Ryoga specific ability rofl Maybe he goes into the summoning realm or something. BY ACCIDENT. For an NPC, it's all right..

A curse in Naruto world is defined in the form of seals. As time/space Jutsu is specifically Ninjutsu...but not just that, also being targeted jumps...yeah, Xmas, too much of a stretch. However, visiting the summoning realm (as Kouri mentioned), is fine.

What if the character in question had a summoning seal branded on him/her (through whatever incident) and is actually bound to someone or something else? And that being takes sick pleasure in picking him/her up and placing them in random locations?

A summoning calls the summon to the summoner. Even if that was the case, it won't be a "random" location. It'll just be wherever the summoner is.

confused Hmm...going into the summon realm eh? That could work, whenever he gets lost, which would be all the time due to his complete lack of direction, a seal on his back would activate and he'd wind up in the summon realm, then exit it at different location then the one he left, eventually. It would be hysterical to have him actually having wandered about the summon realm aimlessly, asking giant super natual beings for directions to get to Furingken high school. (Note this is a joke, obviously he wouldn't be looking for this should he appear as an NPC.)
"DAMN YOU RANMA SAOTOME!!!! BECAUSE OF YOU I'VE SEEN...THE SUMMON WORLD!!!" Ahhh Ryoga, my favorite character from Ranma as well.
Though I still want to know how Kuno makes that lightning bolt strike every time he says "THE BLUE THUNDER OF FURINGKEN HIGHSCHOOL, Tatewaki KUNO!!" *lightning strikes in the background*

Anyways, I actually just noticed that the weights on Lee's legs are like, little blocks with fuuin on them increasing the weight. So they go from 50g, to 50kg... each...
Well, that is my take on it...
