Because it sort of has to do about that." he looked away feeling very embarrassed about what he said; he grabbed his left wrist and his wings drooped. He looked at Baizou hoping he didn't hear much. He didn't talk to him much to trust him.

Tomo perked his ears and smiled, "I had inklings in the past, but..." He glanced over at Bai as well and saw that he seemed more interested in Ellie than them. "I actually thought you'd recently taken a liking to River."

"That's what I want to talk to you about." he took a deep breath, "I got really hurt after the red moon and it woke up pain from knowing that Sapphire wouldn't even look my way. I go to a trip to reflect after the red moon and I decided to keep with the angel rules. 'Angels can't fall in love only if it's the will of God.' I come back and the River thing starts and in stress of trying to find what to do I started a bad habit I'm drinking more..." he looked up, "W-What should I do...and remember it's River. River doesn't feel love..."

"Ohh.. Poor baby..." Cooed Ellie, as she scuttled over to her duckling of a husband. "You look like you just drowned..." she said, biting her lip. Her careful hands peeled the hair off o fhis face, and moved it behind his shoulder, before kissing him.

Tomo tapped his chin. "That is an interesting predicament." he murmured, resting his elbow on the bar. "Have you told Sapphy how you felt? I noticed she has trouble dealing with more... intimate emotions, but I'm sure if you gave her some time, she would sort it all out in her mind."
"I feel like I drowned..." Baizou replied, resting a wet hand on her cheek. "There have been so many downpours this week. Tis the season, I suppose." he said before kissing her softly on the lips.

"I don't think that would work. The red moon made a wall between us," he passed a hand through his hair, "I tried killing her and then tried suicide in Aitru's house. I don't remember any of it but I know it happened. The problem now is that I like River but every time we see each other we fight and every time I want to see her more and more I hurt myself when I leave. Tomo, I'm driving myself mad."

Tomo leaned back against the bar and sighed, "I dunno what I'd do in that situation..." He murmured, flicking one of his ears. "Well, you could do a few things. One, could be stay as you are and not do anything. Two, you could tell one of them what you think and see where that takes you. Three, you could attempt to rebuild your relationship with Sapph, which you would need a large amount of patience for. Or, you could forget the both of them and take a vacation."

"I wish I could take a break from this...but things won't get better if you turn your back to it," he placed a hand on his pocket, where the blade is, his release, but he didn't take it out; he wanted to quit so bad, "And...River and I kissed and...she said I tasted sweet and that a cookie was tasteless. Do you know what she meant with that? it sort of scared me, especiallywhen she's a vampire..."

Tomo smiled and shrugged, "Well, if she can't taste something as sweet as a cookie, that must mean you're really sweet." He said, swaying his tail slowly. "'Least that's what I think it means."

He leaned to the side and just stared at Tomo, "I just don't know how you guys do the love thing. It's so complicated...I needa muffin..." he made a muffin float to him but didn't take it, "Thanks for talking to me. How have you been lately? I haven't seen you much anymore, just the robot guy..."

Tomo smiled and toyed with one of his own ears, "Sorry I couldn't give you better advice." he said, "I'm really great, though. Was planning on going away with the family, somewhere. Let Bai take command for a bit."

He straightened out and started to peel the paper from the muffin, "I'm glad things are okay, but I have to ask, How you got over your wife's death so fast? I'm not meaning nothing rude but I'm just asking..."
((Sorry I smelled the food and I thought it was ready... sweatdrop ))

Tomo paused in his fidgeting. A very small smile pulled up on his lips. "Who's to say I'm not just a good actor?" He asked, letting his tail go limp. "Rhi helps, though... Cass, too."

"Who's Cass? You have to tell enm I'm tired of reading people's minds to know who they are." he took a bite from the muffin and finally smiled, at least a bit. Sweets and beer made him happy, even if it was a temporary happiness.
