You will not believe how giddy I got when I saw my post in the background of that second pic, I'm just sayin'! >///<

I like turtles, myself. I saw this one at the park one time, and he swam over to me in the little pond, but he was too scared to let me pet him. Dx
I haven't seen it afterwards. D'=
I like turtle and frog plushies, for some reason. O_o
He's still cute, Loli. Even with the large chunk of fur missong off the skin of his back. =_=

Turtles are nice. =w= My dad and I have been saying for YEARS that someday, we'll get a turtle, but my mother has a strict no more pets rule, and now I'm out of the house, so it'll probably never happen. But we always used to go to the pet store to creep on turtles~~
Right? He's all shaved, it's so sad, but it only makes him cuter. 9w9
That whole day I was like "RED PANDA RED PANDA RED PANDA 8DDDDD" and the girls I was with were growing increasingly "OH MY GOD WE GET IT RED PANDAS NOW SHUT UP! D<" and then we got there, and he was like that. 9w9 But I stood there and went "...he doesn't have any hair on his back, but I still like him a lot. ='D This is a great moment."
It was so much fun! ='D But apparently the giant hippo who lived next to Mr. Red Panda slipped and fell during the earthquake and died. D'=

I've only ever seen that one turtle up close, while not being separated by anything made of glass or whatever. I called out to the little guy, and he swam over. I was so elated! I must have looked like this, :D kneeling down to look at it in the pond. I even went to touch it, but it got scared and dived down into the water. He still watched me for a little while, though. =D
But then it started raining, so I had to run away and leave it behind. Dx
I regret my decision.
His face is the cutest thing I've ever seen! Fangirl with me, Loli! -Fangirl- ='D
I find it rather funny how someone as tall as you would be so giddy and jumpy, it'd look so cute and disarming~ <3
Or maybe scary, I don't know. O_o
But yeah, I'd be the one standing next to you and patting your arm, a little tear running down my cheek as I shake my head, letting all my emotions out in a really dramatic way. =0
Nah, but I would be like, D: If only he had all his fur, he'd be even cuter! D:
For some reason, thinking of a hippo tipping over is hilarious to me. Even though that is rather sad, I'm sorry... D=

Awww, all this talk about animals makes me want to fill my house with them 8D The little pygmy goats are precious, and turtles too :3 There were a bunch of turtles on the side of my road on the way to the beach, and I had to pick all of them up and look at them. They must have been babies, because they were all about the size of the palm of my hand XD

One of the third grade teachers at my elementary school had a turtle, and when I had a center in her classroom, sometimes we'd play with it. x3 It was so cute~~~
I really am half a foot too tall for my behavior. D= It's really strange when my roommate, who is 5'4", calls me cute, because I'm so much larger than her. o____o
Well, someday, Osaka, if you ever make it to Tokyo while I'm here, we can go together. ='D
It IS sad, but it kind of funny. Like fainting goats. ;w;
I have a paper due today, but even though the professor wants me to cite more (I've cited as much as I can!) and maybe throw in another source, I just CAN'T. It's my paper, he said it was good anyway! D< And he keeps on trying to get me separate my paragraphs in strange places. It's like, did you even read it? I'm not moving onto a new topic here! It wouldn't be cohesive if I jumped to a new paragraph! [/rant]
But yes. I'm practically turning in the same essay, because I actually really liked my first draft. =D

I wasn't going to, I just wanted to pet it. Once, at least. But it's mouth kept opening, so I got scared he might snap at me. And for some reason, I flashed back to Jimmy Neutron, with Carl's turtle, Swimmy. xD
All I had was an angel fish, I was so disappointed. I mean, I wanted a cute little bunny or something. But nooo, it just had to be an angel fish! Named Angel, no less! What originality on the Teacher's part! D<
I'm 5'4", too! So it'd probably be just as weird. Cx
I'm going to go England for my studies, maybe. I'm not too sure about it, but I'm hoping to go somewhere nice and different~ <33
Don't ask me what I might be studying, I'm still totally on thin ice about it. O_o
But I still want to travel somewhere else, while not being totally unknowledgeable of the language and stuff. D=

England! =0 Nice! I've always wanted to go. =w=
Studying abroad is one thing, but just a vacation is really easy. :> And it's really not that expensive. It's easy to get by cheaply here. =w= Really, the most expensive part is the plane ticket, and even that's not too bad if you time it right.
But then again, I'm a huge proponent of travel. I think everyone should try to experience as many different cultures as they can. It makes them better people~
I usually don't like drafts, I do better writing my papers like a timed write, since that's where my experience lies. So unless my first draft is bad or incomplete, I never feel any motivation to change it. =w= The paper is already written, afterall!
Okay, I'm going to school now. I'll talk to you guys when I get back~~~~

Everyone should step back and marvel at my amazing intelligence.
Last night someone reblogged some Japanese photography of a train track, with an shopping arcade in the background. I stared at it FOREVER because I could have sworn I had been there before, but I couldn't for the life of me remember where.
Then when I was walking back from the convenience store today, I realized -- I live there. It's the ******** shopping arcade behind my apartment.
I am so amazingly gifted at noticing things.
