From what I read earlier on, this guild talked about how friendly and happy this place was. And this thread resembles that.
But upon trying to join another thread, I leave it feeling insulted, humiliated, and agitated.
I take it this doesn't happen to most new members of the guild?

Depends.
It depends on who's running the thread, what their rules are, and what it's for.
This thread is just for plain silliness, relaxing, and such. Sometimes we get some bickering going on, some insults- whatever. But it usually bounces back. In other threads, it's different people, and different expectations... >>
If that makes any sense whatsoever xD
I'm finishing homework, so i'm a bit scatter-brained. As usual.
