Cheer, Dash looks a lot like a lot of the Yotsuki clan of Kumogakure. (That's the Raikage, Killer Bee, etc...) So maybe Oto has some people from Kumo? XD


And Bel, you need to directly PM the Hokage... really... because Hatake are Leaf-nin. I am sure of it. I find it weird Nara being spread out like nothing... Their Jutsu are Hiden, they come from the forests of the Land of Fire. Why would they spread out their techniques so much? Does not make sense...

I think clans of Konoha should stay in Konoha... except Uchiha... they seem to be caught between Oto and Konoha...

Maybe it might be possible, Swag, however... Chakra is affected by tenketsu nodes. Even the Five Elements Seal requires striking a primary node on the stomach. Seeing as tenketsu positions vary by the human's size, weight, height, and general body density, you have no real way of affecting a whole chakra system with a bare pint-touch of chakra. And that is considering too Hyuuga is the only one who can see what they are doing with chakra to sharpen it into needle points and effectively destabilize the opponent's chakra system. The other method is great strength and striking said nodes; but that brings us back to square one, as you don't know where exactly the nodes are in the first place.

As for chakra poisoning, same thing. Following standard Genjutsu principles...a small amount of chakra versus a whole body's system is only enough to disorient the opponent. And that method of poisoning you suggest, thus, is already accomplished by the simplest of Genjutsus.

Actually, the main guild story only refers to the restoration of some bloodlines (i.e. Uchiha) and offers a potential option besides the current Uchiha clan existence explanation (of some having lived away at Oto at the time of the massacre). Personally, I thought the lab explanation was more likely. But anyways, no, even with the second destruction of Konoha circa Second Dawn, drawing from the manga...time and again Konohagakurians have proved quite persistent in staying. It's just that their culture binds them there, they do not find a welcome place in a world radically different from their own culture. In simple terms, they won't find themselves welcomed elsewhere, nor would they logically want to.

(If you are referring to the Master's time, Konoha was quite quarantined by the order of the Fire Master. Brom allowed my Elruda to escape since he promised to be my teacher in Ame. And as Konoha is too proud to accept the Fire Master openly as Kage, clans barricaded themselves and settled for guerilla-warfaring Master supporters. Lost cause fight? Well...Konohagakurians never knew what that means.)

So, to answer Bel's question. I will only accept your Hatake elsewhere in only a few possible scenarios. The first is either a) Suna or b) Iwa. Reason? Well. Seeing as Konoha was good friends with Suna until very recently (with the chain of Kage changes, the second last being a former missing-nin of Suna Konoha had once helped hunt)...and Iwa having formerly housed Konoha in the past two years... Beyond accepting those two possible scenarios, option c is simple. Due to the slow rebuilding of Kumo and Konohagakure considering possibly bettering their legendarily bad relationship, Zephyr is paying a diplomatic visit post time-skip. Your Hatake could be among the exchange students/those sent to help rebuild as part of the good-will effort.

Anyway you /can/ learn them if you are from the sand manip nomad clan, actually I forgot the stats of the clan, I'll have to look at it in the revamp biggrin

BTW the reason the Leaf clans are so spread out is because way back in 06 or 07, lots of people wanted to join the clans, but Konoha was closed. sweatdrop So it was more practical than anything, and it just works out I guess.

I dunno if I'll make learning sand techniques easier for nomad clan.. we'll see once we revamp the techniques.

So that's the real reason for this time-skip? To revamp/clean the guild? O.o

Also I wanted to bring up something. If there are so many crew member in this guild why is it that so many of the villages are closed and/or inactive? Is this too a result of the time skip? I mean I know why villages like Konoha are closed off and that is because of it's population size. But villages like Kusa havn't seen any activity since like... Last year <_<
