Qyp Omg... I just got the most epic idea! Check out my clan in approvals before you read this though, the Omoijin... Now, emotional manipulation is done in a certain trilogy... STAR WARS. The Jedi do it to the weak minded. Now, I am not saying they they will do any of that force crap, on no... I was thinking that they had unique Shape Transformation Kekkei Genkai. They can make "Chakra Sabers" with the help of that chakra-sensitive metal. So, think if just a plain chakra version of Wind Kunai Blade, or something... But somehow, the solidify the chakra into a blade that cuts through most things. But, do you guys think it could work, or... should I just forget it? Because it would mean changing the history A LOT. But at least not having to worry about them having to learn nature transformation. That would also mean that I need to give them more nin/taijutsu stats, but still they would need genjutsu. Meaning I have to give them a new weakness... Hmm. It certainly sounds very interesting but I don't think it could be possible to make regular chakra "sharp." Or into a blade... If that was the case then such a simplistic concept would have already come across in Naruto. Now as for elemental chakra, it would work. Though I'm not sure how you could apply it to stone and water element. Fire of course would work, and of course Sasuke and Asuma have mastered the lightning and wind element. Maybe if you could do it but making an entire blade of chakra would probably consume ALOT of chakra to keep it a constant flow.

Chakra with out elemental manipulation seem rather blunt maybe make a bat or something to hit over some ones head but dont see it working cutting wise. Only if you had wind affinity and or lighting would be cutting since that is a trait of the elemental manipulation for the affinity.
Also dont think it should be given to an emotion based clan. doesn't make much sense to me in my eyes. Yes the force uses emotion and stuff for their powers (the dark side anyway) however that is star wars and chakra does not work the same as the force.
An example of a blade of chakra jutsu would be the Wind blade which is only elementally formed.

Hey you know how Kourri has a sand manipulation clan i would love to make a character in there but all of the sand jutsu ar like forbidden so it'd be pointless.

I was thinking of making an African American (black) ninja who specializes in chakra here is a list of his jutsu`s :
Chakra Absorption Technique: Once he grabs onto his opponent he absorbs 1Cp from them - 3 for every post he passes while still in physical contact with his opponent. If he lets go it restarts.
Chakra Distortion Technique: The user inflicts this jutsu upon himself or his enemy, once hit the users chakra becomes unstable. ( Well I guess that the normal Cp cost for the jutsu the enemy will use will be change by + 5 if if lower then the Dc and will remain normal if higher )
Chakra poison jutsu: (Guess I`ll make this an Kekkei Genkai for my character) The user pours his chakra into the chakra system of his enemy (derives from the Gentle fist technique) then every time the enemy uses his jutsu he will take 5 damage for each post.
But i need help on how long the jutsu should last so im open to all suggestions about how long their should be and anything else.
But is it okay?

I've got a character who's black, not necessarily like african american but he has dark skin. He's one of my favorites, ah I he's so cool! edit: Oh yeah, I forgot, that's him down there in my siggy too. He's a jounin named Dash.  And as you would start as an academy student you couldn't start out with your jutsu. You would have to create them as custom jutsu in the approval forum, which is down for the time skip. Someone will help you figure out how to make them. We already have chakra absorption, but the other two are new. The chakra poison one sounds cool.

to answer your question from before, We've got like 20 missions that no one has touched, and lot's of folks submit missions to me for new ones they want to do. Once we run out or when I have some extra time I'll put some new ones up.

My two ANBU are on one of your unwanted missions that i myself created for you 3nodding but they will soon...lose thier little friend or something because of the time skip to go to "The Land of Serpents" ninja but i think because of the time skip we finished any missions/training we where on when it happened right?
