There's just random splotches of white, then red....then a blobby of black...
Just try to even out the colors a lot more.

The red glasses and the pink thing on your head don't match the other reds and pinks. I like the magical girl hearts, but they are more of a dark pink than a red. If you still want to include them, go for a darker pink instead of a red.

Add more white on the bottom. Also take out the anklets because it gives your avi an ugly shape and makes it have too much black.
