"Oh, hi Anna!" Mike was always glad to see the Misdreavous, even if he had just ordered his Pokemon to flatten her. "Seems to be the second time I've had to apologize for a previous battle." He let out a nervous forced laugh. "Nothing personal Anna, just battles are battles you know?"

"Well, that's easy," Kasiya grinned, turning to face him again, her upbeat attitude shining through once more. She stopped then, looking perplexed. "Actually, I don't know what to do after that. She looked towards Saffron gym, and hung her head. "I know I need to get a Marsh Badge too, but, if Nina's the leader now, I don't know if I could battle her." She looked up in time to spot the ghostly form of Anna approaching them.

Hana snapped her eyes open. "Hmehemm-Wha? Where are we?" She said to no one in particular. She pulled her hands up to her eyes, rubbing away the illusion of Azalea Town. Cocking her head sideways, she came face-to-face with the Slowpoke sitting beside her. He was your average Slowpoke - dopey, slow, hilarious to watch - but he was, infact, smarter than meets the eyes. However, at this moment in time, he sat there, eyeing his trainer. The two of them stared at each other for a few minutes, until Hana finally blinked. "Alright, alright, you win Hisashi! These staring contests are rigged.. You always win." Hana glared at the Slowpoke until a dopey grin creeped onto his face. Hana couldn't help but laugh. Pulling him into a great hug, she added, "You're so weird."
After a nice, fresh apple for her breakfast, Hana looked out the window. "Water, water everywhere..." She mumbled. Hisashi loudly munched on his apple, dropping a few pieces here and there on his seat. "...Hisashi, I'm trying to concentrate. Please.. don't be TOO loud.." Hisashi slowly turned his head, looked at Hana, smiled his dopey smile, and went back to munching. Hana sighed, leaning her head back to rest it against the top of the seat. I wonder what this Hoenn place is like? Maybe this time I can stick around and find out a few things before I have to leave... I can't wait! Slowly, Hana drifted off into a light sleep, filled with dreams of this new region, and what adventures might happen to pass along.

"It's of little consequence, Mike," Anna replied. "I understand the rules of battle, and of course, there must be a loser. I just wish that Nina wasn't so stupid and humiliated me in front of you by withdrawing me and not even letting me finish the fight that had been started." She looked over her "shoulder" at the Gym, and then looked back to Mike, and then to Kasiya.
"Would... you two object if I traveled with you for awhile? Nina's in one of her Sabrina-missing moods, and she's taking it out on me."

The girl had given Mitsu some quick and easy directions to Fuchsia City before vanishing into the Pokemon Center. "Let's keep going," Mitsu said, "Unless you need a rest Zyphyr." The Pokemon cocked his head as if to say "You're kidding me right?"
"Ha-ha. Didn't think so," Mitsu said before turning to the road ahead of her. Cycling Road was all down hill unlike the nice and flat one in Hoenn. She gulped peering down. Mitsu gave a small nervous laugh. She was just about to go down when her Pokenav rang. She took a deep breath and answered it. "Heya Mag!"

"Nina didn't see the point of letting you get hurt even further," Kasiya said quietly, but quickly looked at the ground, deciding it wasn't really her place to say anything on that matter. "But I do know I wouldn't mind some more company," the girl smiled, stepping forward and pulling Anna into a gentle hug. "You guys have had it pretty rough lately. Maybe a break is just what you need."

Anna smiled. "Thanks, Kasiya," she replied. "If you don't mind my asking, do you and Mike know where you're going to be heading off to?"

"We're heading over to Fuschia City along the scenic route, I think." Mike was never too good with directions, hoping Kasiya would fill that void for him. "I need to get some moves deleted from my Pokemon and she wants to battle Koga."

Ben blinked. He hadn't expected a hit that hard from a Tackle. But he always had a back up plan. Always.
"Roselia, Petal Dance!" Roselia's flower arms began to glow. Then it thrust them up into the air. Pink petals came tumbling out, hitting the unexpecting Poochy hard.
"Poochy, are you okay?" However, Poochy had taken a critical hit from the Petal Dance, and had fainted.

Ben stood up. "Like I said, you should go to Kanto. Their contests are pretty competitive, just what a person like you needs."
June nodded and returned Poochy to his Pokeball. "Hey, do you know where the train stops next?"
"Most likely Lilycove. That's one of the biggest cities here."
June nodded. "Thank you, Ben. Hope to see you again."
Then she stood up and started walking through Route 111.

Several hours later, Jaeshan rode the borrowed bike towards Saffron City, having left Ryka behind in Celadon. She'd not been feeling like herself and stated she needed some time alone, a request that Jaeshan humbly obliged to. He knew precisely how she felt; as he often fell into boughts of depression himself. However, the prospect of training the new little Torchic cheered him up, although he could already foresee problems of jealousy with Bagon.
He'd arrived at the Western Saffron Gate rather early, only to be turned away by the guards. They each gave him the evil eye, as he turned, unsure of what to do now. The day was still young, and he sighed Perhaps I could head back to Celadon and challenge Erika first? His thoughts were interrupted by a group of people standing nearby, chatting. He managed to overhear some of their conversation as he passed, an intriguing story about an underground path that ran to Lavender Town. But that's too far out of my way, he thought sadly as he came to rest by a large tree.

Upon hearing her coment a small smile appeared on Dantes' face. "Yes well, it is good to know that if I ever come back I wont have to do this agian." Looking down on himself the smirk still there. "Though it is good to know I still look good in a skirt." He commented. "Anyway thank you very much for the battle. Next time I come here I will be sure to just wear my normal clothing." That being said he gave a small wave to the gym leader and made his way out of the gym.
Upon exiting he gave a loud and stress releaving sigh. Not noticing, either that or not caring, that his pokemon were near by bugging Keegan and the other girl. Ruffling in his bag he pulled out a seldom used lighter and pack of ciggerettes. It wasn't often that he smoked. In fact he went through about a pack a month, if that. He really only did it if he was stressed out or had done or was about to do something he didn't want to do. Carefully lighting and slipping the lighter in his bag again he leaned against the wall with a glazed look on his eyes.

Meanwhile . . . Summer sighed as she began scouring route six for a drowzee. The task at hand was much more difficult then she had anticipated. "Do you see any signs of a drowzee Pixel?" She asked looking down to the vulpix at her side. The vulpix lowered her head and whimpered a negative. "I hope the other guys are having more luck then we are." She said sadly. "Pathetic!! How are we going to impress the boss when you are so weak!?" A voice yelled from Summer's left near the lake. She looked over and saw man in black clothes with red R's in various places. He was yelling at a sad looking machop. It was standing in front of a tree the was halfway cut through. "You shouldn't treat your pokemon like that." Summer said walking over to the pair and forgetting her task. The man looked at her suprisedly. After a few seconds of looking at her like she was the most amazing thing he had ever seen he smirked. "Hey Machop. I will forgive you if you defeat this insolent fool in a battle." He said laughing. "Machop!" The machop yelled eagrly as it charged at Pixel. "Crap!" Summer said jumping back to avoid the attack. "Quick attack counter!" She said hoping that Pixel had enough time to retaliate.

"Things are pretty tight," Mitsu answered. "Out loneing it for a while and doing some hardcore training." She gave a small laugh. "And no problem about the invite. Violet did say the more the merrier." Mitsu paused a bit to look over at Zyphyr. S thin smile cracked through her lips as she watched him fly over head. "How about you? Everything's all good?"
