Defending myself against a slight that my character is broken?

You're so ******** stupid it is beyond comprehension to me. Your character currently eclipses my character in the amount of broken a**-hattery. I'd love for you to tear Ertai down. Go right ahead.

I treated her like a victim IC? Well no s**t. I'm sorry that you're grasping at straws.

Slash, you are looking for an OOC confrontation when there doesn't have to be one.

The give and take was equal. Both of our characters got ******** up as a result of that fight. You are pretending like I wasn't trying to accommodate you at all. I never once suggested that you didn't do the same.

You being face down on the ground, reaching behind your back and squeezing at an object over your behind doesn't mean that object is suddenly an egg shell. You suggesting that you were preparing it for 3 turns is BS. Your character is constantly charging. It charges more if someone is hurting him. Erik is broken, we've already gone over this.

You popped roaring fist at post 3 after grabbing his head, that doesn't mean you were preparing it 3 turns beforehand.

You got the damage for it. Erik had the scalp to prove it. Another result was the destruction of the left arm.

Right now, it sounds like you are pissed that Tres's head didn't just explode which is childish.

To be fair, while both of you were posting some weird stuff, you started the no-selling party by loldodging his lariat.

There is, literally, no substance to what you said here.

Your character is broken because it is top-heavy...you seem to think that because people don't tell you this constantly, like they used to, that people have just accepted it. No, they're just tired of trying to explain it to you, because...as we see here...your response is "Yer stoopid, and everything you said about me is crap! I'm rubber, your glue!"

My point is, with Kaori, you were holding a carrot in one hand...and a stick in the other. When the fight was going on, you were all carrot OOC...After the fact, when she suggests that she didn't have a good time...you switch to the stick.


Again, you're jumping to the absolute extreme.

I'm not looking for a confrontation, but if me telling you that I feel disrespected is grounds for a fight...as opposed to a discussion...then so be it I suppose?

I allowed you to turn an awkward stab from 2in of crystal...with my body weight on top of your hands...into perforated organs. At most, you would've cut into the small intestine. But, again, I was trying to give you more lime-light.

When you slammed me...I sacrificed an entire post, and didn't even attempt to contest your hold; Hell, I even worked out the specifics with you when the wording was unclear.

I didn't flip out when you held a neck shield in place for the entirety of my tail choke.

Nor did I complain when you skewered me with a spear after all the damage you had taken, being choked at an awkward angle, and having no legs to stand on.

And, of course, I didn't argue when you slid away from my skull-crusher.

The prep was in digging in with the claws, getting a firm enough hold...over the course of three posts...to make the most of his awkward positioning.

But, of course, my character is the broken one.

I'm willing to discuss it. I'm just not sure what you are complaining about...exactly...

I appreciated everything you did for the second half of that fight. I don't like your character but I saw that you were trying.



I appreciate you selling it. I'm not sure what I've said to say that I didn't appreciate it.

The crystal grew out of his grasp. If you didn't want to make his organs perforated, you didn't have to. You could have simply had it cut into the small intestines. Like I said, I appreciated it. I gave you Tres's left arm for it.



You did contest that slam. We brought it to the judges. The judges ruled you got slammed for several reasons. I'm not sure how you would have contested the following hold.



I didn't flip out when you had a prehensile tail strong enough to choke him.



He was never choked. His right arm was still usable (the arm he used to throw the spear) and he did so on his knees, clearly unable to stand.



I don't know what you'd complain about. The ability was approved, no less than yours.

So yes, this is about Tres's skull not exploding as a result of Roaring FIst...where I gave you his left arm and his scalp for it?

My character is balanced.

With this group of people, if I do something stupid they'll let me know- Not at an inconvience to them having to say it over and over either. They'd do it for the sport.

You're trash so there is that-

Kaori ran into a problem and didn't adapt to it. Her problem, I don't want to hear her whining over HURRRRRRR differences in character biology.

It's more-so that, despite putting additional effort in, I got nothing in the way of satisfaction as a writer (until now, and I appreciate you saying it).

Of course I didn't -want- to have you pinning Eric like a butterfly, but I wanted to give you something for the points you were spending.

I mean, in regards to the slam, that AFTER the judge call I didn't try to bullshit the hit. I respected the shock of getting dropped, and didn't immediately turn around and pull a "Is that all you got, bitty?" on you. I had Eric stunned, and pretty much action-less...so, when you set up your wrestler's hold, it went off as you wanted.

It does seem sort of counter-productive to your argument to say that you didn't flip out about the tail choke when you...really...didn't...accept it. Lol.

My point with the spear toss is more that I didn't try to avoid it, or say "oh, he's too weak/distracted to effectively do it." In fact, I took that hit...and essentially had Eric back down because of it. Which made both characters look like champs, really...

And I'm not really bothered by the slide its self...it the fact that you untangled yourself from the hold, and jetted out, after I'd spent all that time priming him for that attack. Do I think, in the end, it was the right decision (whether I would've won the fight or not)...Of course I do! I think you made the right call FOR THE FIGHT, but...as a writer, I felt that I was taken you more seriously than you were me.

Tres' scalp has become a HUGE plot-point, and quite a few people are having a good time because of it...So, no, it isn't that I'm mad you didn't blow your character's head off...

More-so that, despite the lengths I went to, and the selling I did to try and bring some enjoyment back into the fight...you kept falling back on "Eric so broke.".
