my mistake, Vandread. Vanguard is a new upcoming online game hehe.

basically it goes like this:

Earth has colonized planets throughout the universe. one set of planets, one is all men, the other is all women. the ship that most this takes place on is from teh planet with all women.

there are 3 men on this ship, the main character, the dotcor, adn the pilot.

the main character has a robotech like mecha, the female supporting cast/love interest use ships called Dreads. think Starfoxish for design. 3 women, one long haired blond that is very much dressed like she's going clubbing, one red head scatterbrain that refers to the main character as 'Mr. Alien' and a bule hair military woman have ships that can merge with his to make 3 different kinds of Vandreads..super duper combat ships.

most of the series is character interaction whiel they head to the female home planet. stage two they find out Earth is harvestign parts of the people from teh planets the colonize...so it shifts to defending agasint the 'harvest'

lots of funny one liners and such. I like Barnett. she's a gun freak. they go to a space station and she arms herself with like 4 pistol/military sidearms, 2 machineguns, and a shotgun, not counting the laser weapons they commonly use heh. then when all the fightings done she won't leave until she finds all the guns she dropped/lost durign the fighting.

good computer graphics, funny character interactions..my favorite is when the navigator finds out the woman on teh ship he fell in love with was really a guy that apparenly either just had big breast implants and a voice changing necklace..or had a sex change, one of the two.

Certainly sounds interesting.

Tragedy?

Well that's good...I just put down my game for a while.

Hm I haven't had dinner...food sounds good I think I'll get some.

and it leaves it open for a third one. though my favorite speach in the game is Kain talking about the coin. you flip it and flip and then one time..it lands on the edge.

I am playing the third one. Or for technical people, the fourth one.

The first game was Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen. About how Kain became a vampire and destroyed the pillar's in the first place.

Soul Reaver: About Raziel's rebirth, finding out his once human past and traveling through the time streamer to meat Mobious.

Soul Reaver 2: Alot of guessing as to plot, who did what and where and when, history.

Legacy of Kain: Defiance. The 'end' of the story...what really happens to the Elder God...Janous Aldron, Vorador....Raziel....

I just finished playing Legacy of Kain: Defiance.
