Umexchan Dark chocolate is made with cacao. It's just milk chocolate without the milk or with different percentages of milk to cacao. Also, it depends on how it's made. I think 60% is the lowest amount, but some of it has milk in it. It's 65% 70% and 75% that really have no milk in them, but they are extremely bitter. That's why I like dark chocolate. I like the bitterness. 3nodding >.> I work in a culinary arts class and during my time there I found a bakers bar........100% cacao! it was the most bitter thing ever.
