FaeryOfMoonlessNight Question: One of my clarinets won't play a middle B when I use the left-hand fingering. As it turns out, my C key isn't going down all the way, allowing air to escape and preventing sound unless I hold down the key. This isn't a big problem, but it IS annoying in runs and things like that. Can anyone help?
Hmmm. I would say that it probably just needs to be taken into the shop for an adjustment. I wouldn't advise trying to bend the keys on your own. Or possibly it just needs a new pad? But definately take it into a music store and have them look at it. I bet they could fix it for you.

I have been playing for since 6th grade, so about 3 1/2 years Same here with sixth grade, but I have been playing for, what is it?, Five years now I guess (dang... it doesn't seem like that long.... )

Been playing Clarinet since 6th grade xD I play 1st/2nd in Band (and occasionally 3rd xD just depends on the part I want, really)
I'm going to be playing a solo of Amazing Grace at my Uncle's Funeral tomorrow.

i had a solo but my teacher cut me out because i was not in tune when i was even the 1st chair said so

idk if i posted about me yet because i cant find it if i did but im in 7th grade at e russell hicks. i played b flat clarinet for 2 years and then i switched to bass clarinet this year and in 4th i played chello (sp?)

I have only been playing for two years but yet it seems to easy for me, any advice,i am in my school intermediate band it is to easy and I am the best one their sometimes it drives me crazy, advice please, HURRY! cry
