 It's actually only been the last couple years that I've been into fairytales. The original versions are pretty interesting...and some are pretty darn disturbed.
/still loves how in the original version of the Frog Prince, the Princess gets pissed at the frog and throws him at a wall, and for some reason that breaks the spell and turns him back into a human XD

Beauty and the Beast was freaking weird too, though I don't remember it well.... I know that she ended up with Beast in one version where he stayed a beast and they ha....yeah.....>A>;
EDIT: And little match girl is effing depressing.

I actually like how almost no fairytales have the magic "true-loves first kiss"
Snow White wakes up because a dwarf accidentally bumps her coffin causing the poison apple to fall out of her mouth.
Briar Rose (Sleeping Beauty) wakes up because the spell just wears off and the Prince just happened to show up at the same time.
BTW: Bluebeard is one of the most disturbing fairytales in existence...it's about a serial rapist/murderer.

We decided to knock Stoney out of the way because he's worth the most points, then we went to Duneslam and died, and so went and finished Papa Saw. xD
Duneslam got so much harder. It was hilarious. =D
