A.R.G.U.S Mykal Elven.
How's that book doing anyway?
-Mykal Ageless
I'm having a bit of writer's block, regarding how to resolve a major conflict that develops. Hell, I'm not entirely sure if I should resolve it, or just come up with an ending that's less than happy. I missed the deadline for that contest, but at least it provided good motivation; I've made a lot of progress since the middle of November. 3nodding

I say opt for the sad ending. We need more books like that.

Hey, someone finally agrees with me! biggrin In all honesty, I'm better at having things turn out badly for my characters anyway. And if it works for George R.R. Martin, it can damn well work for me...in theory. ninja

Greed
Yeah, but Hollywood has to have the traditional "happy ending" most of the time. Luckily, my books aren't Hollywood. I think I'll take a crack at the darker ending and see how it turns out. 3nodding

A.R.G.U.S Mykal Gluttony.
How many pages is it?
-Mykal Creosote (If anybody gets that reference, I'll be amazed. xp )
Well, it's currently all hand-written. (Ever since I lost at least 3 stories to a hard drive failure some years back, I always write everything out by hand first.) And considering that my writing is thin, spidery, and tightly-packed, it's anybody's guess how many typed pages it equates to. Though if you put a gun to my head, I'd say...at least 200 at the moment. Just a very rough guess though. sweatdrop

Going with that.
Liposuction Fat. whee
So a gun to your head will get me however many pages it is, and how much it's worth. Pulling the trigger gets me 2 weeks of typing it up, but a lot in the bank. wink I think it'll be good. Things tend to be from an interesting mind.
