gonk Noooooooooooo~! And I just started playing it. crying
There there, you still have quite some way to go before you reach that point. I'd take the time to explore everything in the game, including the DLC. When you meet Joshua, tell him I said "hi!"

I will say this, the DLC raises the level cap from 30 to 50, which is a must if you're going to do a lot of exploring and meddling.
Beat FEAR the other day. Spoilers below (if anybody's as far behind on games as I am. sweatdrop )
I thought killing Paxton Fettel was ridiculously anti-climactic. I was expecting something a LOT more dramatic, but nope. He stands there, you pop him in the head, and done-skis. LAME! I also think the girl climbing into the edge of the chopper before rolling credits was a bit of a cheap thrill. In retrospect, I think that the demo for this game was a whole lot scarier than the game itself.
That said, the gameplay was amazing! The AIs were ridiculously smart. They didn't pop out of cover the same way they went in, they look for ways to get around you, they'll wait around corners to try and get the jump on you after their squad is dead, they seem to react with morale (or broken morale) depending on how you attack them or if you fall back... I immensely enjoyed the firefights.

So, Steam Autumn sale, think of it as a warming up for the big end of the year Christmas sale. So far I've come away with Skyrim, X-Com and Bioshock Infinite. Might pick up Shadowrun Returns as well, but we'll see.
