Alasdair continued smoking, and blowing the smoke in her direction. He did that to test her nerve, he knew she was hard to crack, but everyone has their limit. It was time to test her limit. Alasdair began to laugh softly, maliciously as something began materializing from the shadows right beside him. In a matter of instants there appeared two creatures: A badly hurt lycan and a vampire holding him by the neck. The vampire wore a ninja outfit; he had a mask that only left her eyes exposed. He held a silver dagger to the lycan’s throat. The lycan was a small child; it was a pup barely on his teens. The mutt had slicing cuts all over his body, obviously from Alasdair’s sword. “Now Sybil…Put it on. Or you will watch as this mutt is killed. And this vampire has been perfecting tortures for the parts hundred years.”

The smoke was annoying to Sibyl since she hated the smell of tobacco and it only added to the smog that was already there in the city that everyone seemed to enjoy polluting with various methods and styles of pollution. As for her limit, it took a hell of a lot more than blowing smoke in her face to crack her and bring her to her limit but he'd figure that out soon enough for himself when she just stood there as if the smoke wasn't there in the first place. However, once she saw the innocent lycan child that'd been beaten and battered to the point that he was about to collapse and give up, Sibyl's duty to protect her pack came into play. Without hesitation or question she placed the collar on her neck and looked to Alasdair. "Let him go, though." The animal instinct in her figured he should be killed for being so weak but there was also the duty to her pack and to protect. He was a child, still learning how to fend for himself and she wasn't going to let him suffer.

Alasdair began to laugh loudly as the vampire and the lycan vanished again. Alasdair was going to let the lycan loose, maybe in the middle of an island, maybe on a dessert. He honestly did not care about the mutt; he was at the verge of death when Lui found him. Alasdair threw the remaining of the cigarette on the floor, stepping on it as he walked forward and put the lock on the collar. Now the collar could not be taken off unless it matched Alasdair thumb print and blood, and if it tried to be forced out it would send a deadly shock of over a thousand volts. “It’s a shock collar, like the ones used on dogs, its controlled via control remote. You can’t take it out; if you try it will kill you. You are now…what we consider a slave.” Alasdair began to laugh maliciously, he loved when a plan came together so well. “Meet me at Las Noches, make sure no one knows of our little...Bond. Or many more innocent lycans will die along with you.” With those words Alasdair walked back to the shadows and vanished into the void.

Sibyl knew that the pup likely wouldn't last since he was on the brink of death but if the kid just pulled through then he'd survive and her sacrifice of sorts would not have been in vain. She knew all too well that it probably wasn't worth her own life to help a near dead pup but she did for him what she would do for any other member of her pack. She was bound to her pack and she couldn't just abandon the kid and leave him for dead if there was even a slight chance he'd survive. Now bound by the collar that would likely be the device of her own demise, Sibyl looked over to the kid just before they faded. The kid was just as much a prisoner as she was and they knew it. "Hold on, pup. You're safe now by this vampire's terms." She then turned to Alasdair, ignoring his laughter, clearly upset that the pup had disappeared. "Tell your pawn to let the pup go free right here, right now in the exact condition he's in at current or I'll track him down and rip his throat out regardless of this collar."
As soon as Las Noches was mentioned, Sibyl was instantly confused since she'd never seen the place despite having heard of it and having been in New York for over three months. "I'm not all that familar with New York, I've only been here for a few months. Where is this Las Noches establishment that I'm to be meeting you at?" As for contacting members of her pack, Sibyl had a means to once Alasdair finally granted her with his absence. There was no way she was going to function by a shock collar since she knew Alasdair would just attempt to use her and boss her around by threatening to shock her. The pack needed to know that she was a possible liability and danger to them. Though secretism was against her nature, she needed to do it to survive at this point or at least warn her pack.

Since Alasdair had completely neglected to give her directions to Las Noches, Sibyl hadn't moved from the spot she'd been waiting in until she'd been zapped by his electric collar. She let out an animalisti c growl and assumed that it was Alasdair calling her to find Las Noches on her own. Of course she was perfectly capable of it but it was always nice to be able to get directions to a place normally as opposed to having to find it on your own. However, he was a vampire and she didn't expect him to exactly give her enough respect to at least give her directions.
Just as she was about to hobble off after being minorly electricuted, her laptop beeped, signifying that she had received an email. She opened it up and it was apparently from Ceon, asking her to meet him and Layna at their apartment so she figured she could make a quick stop there before she made her way to Las Noches. Perhaps they could even be helpful unlike Alasdair and tell her where the place was in the first place so she didn't have to walk around searching for it.

Janine and her team arrived at the docks, all 96 of them, securing every avenue. They had brought 6 unmarked black vans, with 6 more waiting in alleys in case they were needed.
She was the only one out in the open, with all other members hidden from sight.
She stood at the end of a Pier, waiting for her leader, the Cardinal, the one man that scared her more than anything other than God himself. Yet her superior.

Janine's cellphone rang. It was a satellite phone that the Cardinal had given her before she'd left. He was the only person with the number, and she knew that. When she picked up, the Cardinal's voice rang in her ears with grace and elegance.
'Janine, the plans have changed. I've decided to bring five teams. We're en route, and will be there within a few minutes.' He paused for a moment, and continued, 'How many men do you have securing the area? How many vans do you have fr us, and how many decoy vans do you have ready?'

Janine's voice quavered for a moment as she answered, but quickly steadied. "All 16 fists are here, ready and guarding every access point. We are safe, there are 12 vans in total. 6 to carry you and your men."
She paused for a moment, and debated whether or not to ask the next question, she didn't want the Cardinal to think her faith was wavering, so she thought better of it.
"We are ready and waiting for you. God be with you Father."

'Of course.' the Cardinal replied. He, too, paused for a moment, and spoke, again. 'Have your men move in, and secure the landing area, and get the vans ready to load up. We'll be landing in a moment.' Another pause. 'We'll be speaking privately when we reach Haven.'
Five helicopters, camouflaged against the night sky, hovered in over the water, their rotors spinning silently. There was almost no noise as the birds came in, the only noise being a bit of he rushing air, and the water picking up as they neared the dock.
Janine's temas moved in, securing the position, and awaiting further orders, and the vans drove up, doors opening when they stopped. The birds landed, and the sliding doors opened. from each copter dropped another six men, each a bit more heavily armoured, and better equipped than Janine's Fists. They hurried towards the van as a man stepped from one of the choppers calmly.
The man stood at six feet, even. He looked like he might weigh around 180 lbs, and and he stood with proper posture. His long white hair, probably dyed, reached to his lower back, and was tied into a ponytail with a piece of silk. He wore a white zoot suit, with white reflective sunglasses. He had an obvious vice, as he flicked a cigarette from his fingers onto the dock. He walked calmly towards the van, a duffel bag in one hand, and a breifcase in the other, as one last man stepped out of the chopper, ducking and moving out of the rotors' radius.
This man stood 6'5", and an obvious breach to the secrecy of the Shadow War. His entire outfit was black, with no visible skin, anywhere. His breath mask covered his lower face, with a helmet straight out of a science fiction novel covering his head, and a black visor over his eyes. On his back was a large backpack, with different devices attached to it. Under his pack, rested a greatsword, with an intricate draconic design on the hilt, a red leather handle wrap, and a very ornate gem in the pommel.
He was suited in a variant of the Future Force Warrior system, already equipped with the experimental strength-enhancing exoskeleton. He walked towards the van intimidatingly, wielding his experimental rifle atease as he moved. The exoskeleton made no noise, and he didn't even make a sound as his feet hit the ground, despite the weight that should be forcing a thud from each step. The two of them moved to the vans, and got in, as the choppers took off silently, and flew off into the night.
The Cardinal sat next to Janine, and smiled. 'Good evening, Janine. It's good to see you.' he greeted with elegance. 'Janine, I'd like to introduce you to your new comrade, and equal, Lieutenant Benedict. He'll be working alongside you in this endeavour. You both have equal authority, and we'll be dividing the Fists among you two, so you each have your own teams.'

Janine looked at the new man in unease, something didn't sit right with her, but she was willing to let it go. She was about to greet the new man when the Cardinal told her that her men would be divided, and her mouth gaped open. "Father, with all due respect, the Knights are mine. I picked them for this mission. They all know me and know how to fight with me. I am responsible for their lives, I'm not going to let someone who has not fought with them lead them. With all due respect Lieutenant."
She didn't know who this new man was, and didn't want to know. The feeling of unease didn't completely disappear, staying in the background, making her feel ill. She shook her head and her body swayed for a moment, before she realized what she was doing and sat straight once more.

Arik walked along the docks after he left the bar. He looked a point someone wise told him about where a brave man had fought off someone dear to him and then boldly walked into the Void. He put a bunch of flowers their and did a small prayer.

Adrian walked into the docks unsteadily, pulling his hat off, scratching his mangy hair. He was tossed out of the club when he caused a fracas on the third floor, so he had decided to come to the docks to get some fresh air. And stolen fish for his food supply. But mostly air. He sat on the edge of the dock, nursing a small flask which contained allof the Saki he could find in the club.

"My name isnae of importance" He said simply, taking a large gulp, gagging slightly. "Why the bloody heel would somebody make booze outta rice!?" He threw it into the ocean, standing up. "Ach, okay, my name is Adrian, and I amnae an alcoholic" He saluted half-heartedly, making sure that he put across the fact he begrudingly admitted that Arik was another human-being.

'I understand your position, but you must think a a moment, and understand mine. I sit here with two officers of the same rank, and I must equalize things for both of them. However, give me a moment to think.' the Cardinal replied. As the vans traveled through the city, the Cardinal looked out the window, and his face was distorted in a meditative manner.
The armoured man sat in silence, and paid no heed to Janine's unease. He sat, and watched the two of them speak with each other, pulling out a knife, and checking it for imperfections. Finding none, apparently, he replaced it in the sheathe in his boot.
The Cardinal turned back to Janine, and spoke clearly. 'Alright, I've decided to leave your men with you, as they probably trust you. They will not fully trust a new agent that they've not seen before, and I understand this. Not only that, but I'll admit, the new Fists are better equipped, and better trained, so they will act in league with Benedict. They have trained under him for the past several years, and understand his tactics. Your case is understood, and this is taken care of. Now, how long will it take to reach this 'Haven'?'
