I have gold status but my router thinks my xbox is offline... when it isn't... so I can't get online.

I have gold status but my router thinks my xbox is offline... when it isn't... so I can't get online.Do you have the wireless adapter in the back of the 360? Might want to check the USB of it, if not, then I have nothing I can offer...
