That's what I figured out with Kelbel Cheshi.
She deleted it but if it's a hacker they could find their way around that.
They're using her for illegal activities around Gaia; in this case obviously Cybering.

That's a possibility...
Gaia IS a company and therefore has a phone number to complain to... somewhere.
Lovely song, Silent... confirms taht the animation is fail though. That's not right. Ironically the manga does the feeling of movement better.
