Smiling innocently, and with a bit of curiosity Jeff poked Rowaneath. "I've never met a vampire that didnt try to kill me right off."

She smiled wider at the scene....and grabbed a small wad of green from her pocket and shoved it in Jeffs hand again..
This time it was a bundle of twenties...equalling about several hundred dollars.
