Claw gently stroked Ghostflower's hair with his hand, whispering reassuringly to her. "It'll be alright, I'm here. Nothing will happen to you." He listened intently to the voices, hearing the emotion behind the words. "They seem preoccupied..." he thought, though he wasn't certain yet.

"Maybe someone that has a better past...A kinder more professional woman that isn't as crazy as I am..." she chuckled half heartedly, hearing what Mephlius had said but ignored it. The hunter heard him say those words so many times in her dreams that she didn't want to get disappointed when she wakes up and realizes that it never happened.

Claw slowly, stood, bringing Ghostflower's light body up, cradled in his arms. "Time to get outta here, while the getting's good..." he thought, loping silently to his bike. Starting it up, he hopped on, steering with one hand, cradling Ghostflower against his chest with the other. "Crap, I don't know where she lives. I'll just take her to my place. Give her the bed, take the couch for me. That should work." he thought, weaving slowly through traffic, trying not to wake Ghostflower. ((exit to (apartment) Beware the Claw))

Amnity looked Mephlius in the eyes and saw the truth...Oh F*** he means it! She looked away, trying to think over the situation in her mind. He means it? Yeah right... "Prove it." she said, disbelievingly.

Kuro walked in, following Mephlius to make sure no one was killed. He listened, from a distance, at the scene in front of him, not sure how to answer that question himself.
