Totally wrong analogy.
The Shinobi in naruto are studying the chakra system, and even at Academy Student, Sakura Haruno knew more than she should have. She had no special treatment at that stage. (I'm academy student btw).
If they are studying the chakra system and ninja techniques in the show, shouldn't they be able to figure out a simple academy student technique?
I'm not asking to learn Chidori here, c'mon.

not disagreeing with you BB because you are right but in your scenario they would have to know some because the point of the Academy is to learn the 12 seals and understand the mechanics of chakra. But that would be boring to RP so im really glad we skip it xD
And yeah i have seen a ton of Genin saying "ill teach you" and its really confusing me x.x

The world is filled with Questions, Arguements, Answers and Humans......All are unknown of thier siminly common things they have between them, Which means one can invite friendly the other will say 'GET THE &^$( AWAY b*****d!'. Either way we are called humans for no reason!

and i will say this several times. This is not the Anime/Manga/ or Video game. Cause in those people like a Genin like naruto can take out SS ranked ninja like Pein. Those shows do that to add drama, and all that stuff. The rules of the guild are if your genin or below you have to learn from a sensei.
It one of the few perks of being chunin, a lot of this stuff use to be chunin exclusive. Custom jutsu, Custom Weapons, leaving the village by yourself, learning jutsu, summons. But because people like you wined and wined and wined, it down to just summons and learning jutsu. You all are never happy with that you want you have. So idc quit for all I care, but im not budging on this, I'm standing my ground and if you cant deal with that you know where the quit button is.
