Seto seemed momentarily confused. "But that girl said that Atem had--- ohhh...." It clicked rather abruptly with Seto, and he looked thoughtful. "Hmm. Interesting choice."

Seto watched Rei carefully, wondering if he should tell. No, that would be mean. Then again, it would be fun. "So, what, you don't care if your so-called husband has sex with the pharaoh? Good call." He turned to leave.

Seto looked at Rei blankly, then shrugged. "Very well. Now, ah... how long as Bakura been with the pharaoh?" He wanted to know if they would be asleep or not.

"Okay, then, it's been long enough." Seto said, shrugging once more, and left. He went down the hallway and to the pharaoh's chambers. He paused and pressed his ear to the door, listening for anything. Slowly, he opened it, peering inside.

It was dark, and at first all Seto could make out was Atem on the bed, his legs tangled with Bakura's. That was good; in fact, it was just what he expected. Then Seto realized that Atem was in the middle. Who...? It was a servant. Not anyone special, just a servant girl. She was the one who looked after Amenitre. Yes, that was her... but where else did he know her from?
When the priest remembered, his blood ran cold. s**t. She was the one he had asked, on an impulse, to kill Bakura and his wife. Were she and the pharaoh normally so intimate? Even if they weren't, it was sure that she had already told him. Not that that mattered anymore. He was more concerned about what was going on now-- Atem in bed with these two low-class idiots.

Seto closed the door quickly, feeling flushed. He would have normally woken the pharaoh up, told him to send the whores out of his room, and then proceeded to fill him in on what needed to be done for the day, but he couldn't do that now. It was night. He wasn't in good favor with the pharaoh. There either needed to be an emergency, or someone else would have to wake the pharaoh up.
An idea came to Seto, and he quickly acted upon it, hurrying away from the pharaoh's chambers. He went to a room, knocking on the door sharply before it opened. He smiled down at the small form who opened it. "Ah, hello, Amenitre."

Another servent who helped care for Amenitre was walking to tuck her in. She stoped and bowed when she saw priest seto "hello priest seto."

Amenitre loved opening doors, and was either amused or saddened when it took people a while to glance down and see her. However, Seto had seemed to know that she was going to open it. She remained silent. Seto ignored the servant, instead only speaking to the girl. "Amenitre, your father has summoned you. Would you mind seeing him?" The little girl's face lit up, and Seto extended a hand to her. "I'm sure you know the way, but I'll go ahead and go with you."
