She smiled at his response. "And yet, I have to go first? How fair is that? or are you just going with ladies first?" Smirking, she wondered where she should start.
"Well, my parents were killed, leaving me sort of on my own. Running from someone until he finally was killed. Not by my hand unfortunately, should have been, but someone beat me to it. Been a cleric now for about 9 years. Pelor is the god of sun and of healing. He has a different outlook on what makes anyone good or bad, light or dark. Lines are more forgiving than most religions.."

"Wow, what a simple life." Drake laughed and looked at her. "I was born in a different realm or existance, trained to be a weapon, then locked up in a world of nothingess for longer than I can remember." He smiled slightly. This was only the condenced version, but the whole thing would have taken far too long/

Drake shrugged. "I think that you should meet some more people before you go off and have a party. i mean, who would show up?"

"I thought maybe it would just help that nagging feeling we were talking about earlier, you know?" She smiled, sitting up straighter as she thought for a moment. "Then again, maybe it wouldnt, I dont know."

"Actually. No." She had to think for a moment and then decided she did have a way to rationalize it. "But you see, neither one of us are alone right now. We're conversing and actually talking about something. The hardest times for me are when I'm sitting at home and listening to silence. Oddest feeling actually."

"Maybe because once I have people at my house..it won't seem so empty any more? I don't even know the reasoning behind my impulses sometimes." Smiling she stood up, brushing herself off, watching the flames reflect off of the water's surface.

"I have no clue. You?" She winced abit as he cracked his back, trying not to let him see that it had got to her. "I only go here and home. Unless you wanted to see my house? It's pretty cool and I imagine on the way to yours?" She scratched the back of her head, perhaps abit of a nervous reaction.
