Terrified, Lily wrapped the jacket around him as best she could, then led him to the Muffin, walking as fast as she could while leading him. "Hold on love." she whispered, though she knew he couldn't hear. If he collapsed out here, the teen wasn't sure she could get him back...she sighed in relief when the building came in sight again. "Just a little farther..."

Ukaia saw them coming towards the muffin. she opened the door a bit letting the light flood out of the crack in the door so they could see where to go.
She waited. When lilly was closer she opened it more and helped bring him in.
"ihave a fire going and some hot chocolate" she said

Arlen kept up as best he could, stumbling occasionally and only leaning on Lily to keep from falling and not to lose trace of her. "I'm sorry," he said clutching the jacket to him with his free hand.

Lily gave Arlen a squeeze to let him know he had nothing to be sorry for, then gave a strained smile to Ukaia. Walking a little slower now that they were inside, she led him to the fire, tears gathering as she worried for him. "Thank you Uka." she whispered.

"It's ok" She said. She took the jacket off Arlen, then wrapped the hot blanekt aroudn him lleaving it just loose enough for him to have his arms move. she then wetn in and got he hot coco and some soup along with cracker sheese salami and things. She rought the tray out and set it down. then handed the coco to her

"Thank you," Arlen managed to make out before sitting at the very border of the fire and letting his coat drop before reaching into it with bothe hands.

Lily didn't take the cocoa at first, watching Arlen as tears slipped down her face. Finally snapping out of it, she took the mug and sipped it absently, though she didn't have the presense of mind to thank Ukaia again, then settled on the floor near to Arlen, her shoulder just brushing his.

"Stay back," Arlen said turning towards Lily, still shivering, but his teeth had stopped chattering by now. "Just for now," he added as the fire started to to climb up his arms.

Lily nodded, scooting back a few feet, her fear of fire re-asserting itself for a moment. She pulled her knees to her chest and watched him, fiddling with the mug in her hands, unable to drink the normally welcome liquid at the moment.

The fire climbed it's way all over Arlen's body, singeing his clothing in some places but otherwise leaving what it touched unscathed. After completely covering him for a moment Arlen started brushing it off of him and back into the fire place.

"It's...it's not just that." Lily whispered, crying again as she leaned against Ukaia, watching Arlen with eyes full of love and fear. "He...he couldn't hear me..."

"I'm sorry," Arlen said again once all the fire was back in the fireplace, his speech making it evident that he was still having trouble hearing. "I'm really sorry."

Lily shok her head at Ukaia, sniffling. As soon as the fire was back where it belonged, she set down the mug and flung herself at Arlen, holding him tightly. "Don't be sorry." she told him, hiding her face in his chest. "I'm just glad you're okay..."
