I just found out we had a forum like this one! I hadn't browsed the subforums, only Fanarts and Tutorials.
Well, I go by Hikari most of the time, but my real is Elena. I don't mind being called either of them. Chibi, on the other side...
I'm fourteen and I started drawing anime when I was 11. I guess that's all I want to tell you. ^^

my name is Andrew. i go by Alphonso (my name soon to be), Al, Cerb (like Cerberus), K9, and Wolfie (weird names, i know)
i am 13, almost 14. my b-day is March 6
i'm obsessed with drawings!! as long as i can tell what it's of. i'm WAY too self-conscious, so when i draw a picture i rip it into billions of pieces than throw it away (my dad has a shredder that makes confetti [no joke]) because i dont want people to see what i do! sometimes i will feel able to share
i love manga/ anime and all that other crap 13-year-olds like
i hate fruits/ vegetables ([except potatoes 3nodding ] i'm a big meat eater)
i hate people that try to get into my business...

I don't really post much art simply because I typically don't finish what I'm working on. I've been working with pencil, prismacolor colored pencils, prismacolor markers, Adobe Illustrator, and I have dabble a little into watercolors.
If anyone can pass on some advice/info on Adobe Illustrator and art tablets, PM me. It would be much appreciated. ^_^

What to say what to say? hmmm....
Well ill start out like this:
I'm 17 years old (almost 18 woots) born in Jan. 11
I live in Colorado
I have 2 jobs: ski instructer and one of those guys who sits in those computer rental areas making people buy hours on a computer to play WoW or something.
I'm a sexy beast
I'll post some of my already completed work but until i get a new computer pretty much all my new artwork is on hold. At the very most ill put of sketches and stuff up. Also i'm willing to do any Avi art for anyone so feel free to ask me!

Drew this in the 'draw the avi above you' thinger. I do commissions, just so you guys know~Why I'm Here: I've been drawing abou eleven years and I've still got myself a long way to go. I've been working on manga-style, but have no interest in actually making an actual manga, just drawing, it helps to illustrate stories and such that I do. Other Interests:
*Well well well, a little about me. I'm basically a regular adult body trapped with a teenager's sense of humor. I'm always laughing at retarded things, and if I think something's really funny, I've been known to almost laugh myself into a state of unconciousness. I'm just THAT good. I love to laugh, so that's one thing I'm always looking for in the people that I hang out with, roleplay with, or even interact with in general.
**I'm an artist in the worst way possible. I love drawing, it's my passion, be it anime, anthro, realism (I TRY I SWEAR), or stick figures. It's one of my favorite outlets other than just writing and roleplaying. I've been drawing since I was born, but I didn't start actually trying to draw the real deal until I was about 11 or so, in fifth grade, anyway.
***I've been writing since before then, poetry and songs in the shower, but I started putting them to pen and paper in fifth grade as well. That was when I wrote a fanfiction about Animorphs that was about 180 pages long that I never did publish. I reread it recently and about gagged myself. I write original short stories, music lyrics, and poetry now, another outlet of mine that I enjoy thuroughly.
****I've been roleplaying officially since sixth grade, I started off on AOL chats and then just taught myself by reading, watching others, and actually a few lessons from a few very kind users of the chatsite I was at. I started writing more, and as time progressed through school and I learned the finer points of writing, I began encorporating it into my roleplaying, and eventually became what you see today. An advanced lit. ;0!
*****I'm an avid gamer, I've always loved roleplaying games especially because PLOTPLOTPLOT. They're a passion of mine, to be honest, as I own every Zelda game so far save the one not licensed by Nintendo and the snes games (BUT I'VE PLAYED THEM). I've been a fan of the final fantasy line up until X and XII. I was ashamed of Final Fantasy X, blech. I plan on trying the new game, though, and getting my hands on the older ones for the PSP and DS.
******I love cartoons, I'm sorry, but I do. They're what inspire me to do better and write more. I wanted to be an animator growing up, but once I realized I was far too lazy to be doing that kind of thing, I just sort of let up on it and decided that I should try for something easier. I still try to draw animations, but I don't do too well with it, instead I draw manga-style roleplays with friends on paintchats or on the msn thinger.
*******I'm going into my third year of college in January, studying to become a linguist (TOTALLY butchered that, but you get the idea). I mainly want to study Japanese and German, as they are my favorite languages and what I have the most music of. I actually listen to more Japanese music than I do English, and I could probably recite to you half of my music gallery if I wasn't lazy and I had the time, or if I felt like wasting your time, but I won't, so we'll keep it at that. ;D

hmm...
First off, thanks for accepting me into this guild.
My name is Nik and I started to draw anime style about 9 months to 11 months ago. I'm fifteen years old and have taken at least five art classes now, each with something new to learn. Anyways, I'm currently here to try and learn everything I can about anime and manga.
