Hubby leaves tomorrow morning, but I'm going to stay here a couple days after then take the trek again.

See I never understood that, especially after getting into the Young Jedi Knights books. Concieveably Lightsabers can be any color of the rainbow, possibly even white, really it depends entirely on the gemstone picked. So maybe I missed the book where someone was like, oh yeah...only bad guys pick the red crystals. Or whatever, because there's no reason why I couldn't just pick a red crystal because I liked the color red. /insane star wars ramble ninja

Or whatever, because there's no reason why I couldn't just pick a red crystal because I liked the color red. /insane star wars ramble ninja Heh you know I was wondering that too, but I read in either the SW Insider or some other book, that with the Sith and dark side abilities, the red crystals seem to work better. That and they're more rare than say the standard run of the mill blue/green. I'll have to dig out the article I read about it for ya.

In the books they could wield any kind of saber and anakin doesn't just have red hehe. But I think they tend to go for red as a nice fire color lol.
