Laughing, Tes agrees to come and see Luna's "Box," promptng the young dragon to do another happy dance around the balcony and nearly fall off, before Kero catches her and gives her a short scolding about going too near dangerous edges.
"You can't do that, young lady. It's dangerous." He scolds, gently, not even stern.
"Buff I can fwy!" She protests.
"Nimbus cannot, though. And what if he sees you dancing and decides he wants to dance there himself when he is older? He could very easily be killed!"

"Nimbu no fwy?" chirps Luna in dismay. She lands by Tes and demands to see her brother's back. "Whar wing.... whar his wing?" she moans. "He gots to haff wing. I wuff gonna tewch him to fwy..."
There are tears in her eyes and she's really upset. Seems Luna had decided she was going to be the one who taught her little brother how to fly someday.

Tesability fans her own wings as she shows her Nimbus's bare back.
"Sweetie, he will fly, someday. But right now, he can't. And he won't for a few years. But he'll be able to crawl and walk long before he can fly. What your Daddy is saying is that he'll see you dancing there and try it before he can fly...now do you see why he is a little upset?"
Kero nods, pulling Luna into his arms and cuddling her a little bit. "I love you, Luna. Very much." He tells her, and then gently sets her over his lap, winking at Tes, who knows what he is about to do.
((Worry not. Back massage. Luna doesn't know that, though.))

Suddenly alert and very very concerned, LUna tries to squirm away. "D...d...da....daddy!" she cries in alarm wondering why she was going to get paddled. She hadn't done anything bad, had she?

Kero chuckles, realizing what his daughter is thinking, and picks her up, hugging her.
"Don't worry, sweetie. You aren't in trouble on little bit. In fact, I think you'll like what I am about to do."
With that, he sets her back down, and before she can protest, she feels his warm hands glide up her back and back down, moving slowly, gently rubbing in an almost continuous petting and massage. It feels absolutely heavenly. Kero moves in perfect rhythm, making her relax like she never has before. It is absolutely perfect for the young dragon.

Slowly the tension drains out of her until she's a limp pool of black draconic flesh lying across his knees. If she was a cat she'd be purring, as it is she is chirping happily, singing a little woordless tune.
Tes watches on with a fond smile. "I bet those muscles in her shoulders were rather tight. She's been so upset lately. She had to be full of knots."

Laughing, Kero picks his daughter up, still rubbing her back as he holds her in a gentle hug, crooning to her about how much he loves her. Tes chuckles, mouthing a certain poem to him
"How do I love thee, let me count the ways..."
"Hush, Tessie." He interrupts, smiling. "You couldn't count them anyways. By the time you got an eighth of the way done, it'd be time for my next rejuvenation."
He continues to hold Luna as he laughs, letting his mirth fill the air and her soul as he cuddles his daughter close.

Tes pretends to be affronted but there is laughter in her eyes. "So what am I? Chopped liver?" she retorts merrily, but before he can protest Luna cracks an eye and laughs. "Silly Mama, doon ye know dat wuv gwows when you gife it away?"

Laughing, Kero cuddles his little girl close to his heart, letting her hear the familiar beat.
"Indeed it does, my little Moon-child. Indeed it does. Now, I believe you have something to say to Nimbus, for dancing like that when you could have tempted him to crawl out later."
He carries Luna over to Nimbus and Tes, angling the little black dragon so she can see the baby draconic, his gray scales and green eyes as pretty as a picture. In truth, an apology wasn't needed...but it was a good thing to get her apologizing early, as Kero foresaw lots of trouble from these two in the future.

Luna leans down as far as she can lean and chirps at the baby draconic. To Kero's surprise, Nimbus' eyes get round as saucers and he stares directly at his sister, giving her complete attention. Laughing, Luna chirps and whistles for a bit then nods seriously before giving Kero a wink.
"I towd hiwm if he do dat, I sits on hiwm... it's bawd."
Kero starts to scold her, telling her she owed NImbus an apology not a scolding, only to be interrupted by a perfect raspberry from his son.
Tes intervenes before Luna can even think of a retort by moving him to the breast with a laugh. "Luna, lovey, I don't think your brother likes the way you scold..." she remarks with a grin.

Pouting, Luna looks at her Daddy, who shrugs, cuddling her again.
"You shouldn't have scolded him, Luna. I'm not going to talk to Nimbus about something that you invited him to do. I did say apologize to him, not scold him. In fact, I think I should take matters into my own hands."
With that, he sat down, setting Luna across his knees, in a position the young dragon was veeeeery familiar with. The trouble was, was he going to spank her...or tickle her?

"Buff I not scowd hiwm... I wawn hiwm.... wawn hiwm good." cries Luna trying her best to get away. "I no know he no cawn fwy.... I no need apowogize.... apawogize is fowr when do sumtin bawd."
Her english is really bad now, probably because she really upset, and liberally laced with frightened chirps.

Kero immediately lets her up, and pulls her into a hug instead.
"Luna, love, I wasn't going to spank you. I promised you I wouldn't spank you unless you deserved it. I was going to give you a bunch of tickles, and then lots of cuddling to make up for it."

But Luna has been through so much of late she has a hard time telling when he is teasing and when he is serious. Relieved she huddles against him and chirps sadly, feeling bad that she had thought he would break his word.
Tes sighs and looks thoughtful for a bit. Then she perks up and makes a suggestion. "Kero, let's ask Lyssan and Ame for some supplies and go on an extended trip into the box. I think Luna could use a little down time and you told me that there is nothing dangerous there, nothing for her to hurt or get hurt by, right? She needs some one on one with her family right now and well.... All this is well and good. I enjoy the pampering, but I"m sort of missing the wilds myself."

Kero nods, holding Luna close to himself.
"Luna, before we go, I think you and I need to have a talk. You seem to be scared I'm still going to spank you, even when you've done nothing wrong. Why don't we talk, here and now, about that. What do you think should get you spanked?"
