Hope opened the door for them. She took a deep breath and composed herself.

"Hope, don't worry," Jake said to her. "It will be fine."
Hanyuu moved to Hope's side and gently put her hand on the girl's shoulder. "Just be strong," she said quietly. She might not know what was going on right now, but she knew that Hope just had to stay calm and she'd be able to handle anything.
