Narakuten's blast may move at super fast speeds but his arms could not. And neither was his opponent an idiot, he might not be college educated but he was smart enough to know what was going on. Anyone who'd been on the continent of Gaia for five minutes knew that people loved their super charged balls death balls. So he had been trying to end things peacefully, seems it would not be so.
The second that the shoulder muscles started moving, the biker was running and diving towards his left and bringing his bat with him. The bike having no special value except sentimental would act as as expected, exploding outwards though with less ferocity than expected seeing as the tank was less than half empty (it took gasoline to drive into the middle of nowhere). And the dark skinned man would be blasted away like a rag doll, throw several yard into the air and away from the other man. He'd crumple in a none to comfortable position any discoloration already gone from his body. His would be foe was not too far from him to begin with, about 20~30 feet and thus would probably be affected as well.
Yet despite what the other man may have thought, he wasn't dead nor was he too scratched up either. A phenomenon easily explained by the sudden appearance and then disappearance of the gray shine across his body. The change signified the activation of his power, which had changed the composition of his outer structure to that of steel. This in addition to the absence of direction contact, whatever clearance the man was able to make and his own sturdiness death was elusive. Instead he was left with some burns as his armor faded away, cuts from some shrapnel and a burning headache.
Unfortunately he also happened to land on a hill and the rough ride down would bringing him back from the sweet depths of unconsciousness. He'd get up in a little sore, burn, slashed and in a very pissed off mood. And his bat? The thing was laying about 10~20 yards away, having flown the extra distance he had rolled. He'd walk over to retrieve it in a sec.

Yesh. Narakuten really did love his 'super charged balls of death ball'. However, it expended roughly half his ki reserve to use it. Thus, another shot like that would be foolish. There would be plenty of other 'techniques' he wished to test out against the man... of who, he still knew not his identity.
The blast had the intended effect. All that is left of the bike is metal scraps. It would seem that the majority of the bike's material just up and vanished. Ooooh... mysterious!
Narakuten finds a few chunks of metal lodged into his forearms and his abdomen. Little more than surface wounds, and thus, not very damaging compared to his opponent. He stands up straight to begin plucking out the few pieces. Giving himself and his opponent time to recover, he speaks out to the man whom he assumes to be conscious. Afterall, it would be rather odd for any kind of a fighter to just stand by and be blasted to, DEATH, by a charge-up attack.
"So, friend.... I am Narakuten. Care to give me your name as well, or are you not so enlightened as I had hoped after that blast?"

Shaking himself into a more alert sense of consciousness, the biker would find his way over to the metal bat and use it as a makeshift crutch. It wasn't that he was too injured to walk, but rather needed a moment to catch his breath. And while he was stopped over and catching his breath, the familiar gray tinge would be creeping up both arms.
However due to the explosion and all, his ears were ringing a bit. Granted his previous activation of his powers had helped him from sustained any lasting damage, but he would be a little deaf for the next few seconds. So although his opponent may be yelling out to him, his ears weren't hearing anythings but bells. Rather he'd be getting his bears together and watching the landscape for any signs of a follow up attack.
Regardless of how Narakuten chose to continue when he heard no reply, it would take some time to travel the longer distance between them if he chose to traverse it.

"No answer?... I suppose you know the futility of your actions to oppose me, and have relented to be just another faceless, nameless adversary I have annihilated on my quest of power... A shame, really..." Narakuten continues on like this for a little while more. Convinced this guy was nearly wasted on the battle's first move, he feels no need to rush, as there is no threat imposed by his enemy.

A few seconds more and the color change was complete, his whole form changed to match the grayish color of the bat in his hands. Standing firm on his own two legs with the bat held tightly in his right hand, he began to walk. Making a rough estimate of where he had flew from, he began to return in a roundabout way. His speed was checked to lessen the sounds of his approach and he tried his best to stay out of view.

Assuming his opponent to turn tail, Narakuten begins to focus upon himself his own ki, for restorative purposes. Due to the light injuries sustatined, it wouldn't take long at all. Quote: Regenerate - Focuses his Ki's into his form to rapidly regrow any lost appendages; thus reducing the chance of death from a previously fatal injury. cost: 3 per appendage(2 posts per appendage); divisible by only partial partial damage to limbs or organs. (estimated Ki use: 1) Ki: 4

And after a bit of brisk walking, he'd sight his opponent a little distance away. Having misjudged where he came from brought him about 20 feet or so away from Narakuten, and a bit to the man's rear. Seeing him in some sort of concentration or recently departing from some form of inner thought, he came up behind him. It was payback time.
As he made his approach, the relatively soft terrian (compared to cement, pavement, asphalt) would likely give little indication of his presence until he was up close and personal. And then it would be too late for other man to turn around as his bat, being raised high previously, would coming slamming hard on a diagonal arc to strike the other man upon his right collar bone. A miss for any reason would bring the strike to end behind his opponent's left hip (unless he turned around).

Ruuvan There was nothing to change about his attack, only now it was aiming for the pivot of the scissors instead of Max's face. Such a strong collision at the place where the two blades crossed would surely force the scissors open and put the elf out of danger.
As Ruuvan's bow met the pivot, it would open the blades and get the tips out of cutting range. Quickly he lifted his right knee as he hurtled into the shadow; the bow thwarting the swords, his knee aiming to break Max's face. Success! Well partially. Ruuvan did infact impact the crux of both swords and force them to part. This changed the entire fulcrum of the situation. It was one thing from Maximos to swing both swords up at exposed flesh. But he knew from memory, and experience how incredibly tough that bow was. Its string was one thing, but the bow proper was a tough sort of wood. He also knew from the moment the shaft impacted both swords and sent the scissor open, that he did not have the raw strength to shove it, and its wielder backwards. So as Ruuvan moved to correct his course, Maximos moved to correct his own. And betwix the two should meet. More specifically, Max had both of his blades aimed upwards to catch the elf. He lifted both arms and shoved his wieght forward, entirely changing the angle of his blades from upwards, to frontwards allowing them scrape along the edge of the wooden bow directly toward Ruuvan's hands, and then inexorably, if not interupted, himself. How Ruuvan was lifting with his legs, that meant the bow would likely be curving and if so, the scissor cut would follow a straight line toward Ruuvan, or his leg. This did not leave Maximos untouched of course. Thankfully his sword had taken the brunt of the blow, but by putting his swords on such a sharp inward angle they allowed the bow to fall farther and smack, as he would aim it directly beside his head, on the soft spot between neck and shoulder. His entire right arm felt the dull resounding impact. But he with shard direct eyes he glared straight through it.

'Twas the utter silence that betrays him...
In such a focused state, Narakuten is capable of hearing the soft foot steps of the man behind him. His black and white eyes look right as he just about turns his head; when the bat comes swinging down. His ears are alert to the sudden swishing of the air created by the bat's displacing swing. And from that, he knows its path. Though, not knowing whether or not 'tis a bladed or a blunt object, he reacts thusly -
- His left hand moves up reflexively to catch the swung object a few inches before it can strike over his right shoulder. Timing it right, Narakuten pulses ki from his receiving hand to stop the bat's momentum just before impact. This would cause the feeling, in his opponent's hand and movement, as if he connected with his weapon when he didn't.
The hand grasps the end of the bat tightly in the very next moment. Narakuten's entire body turns clockwise to face his opponent, pivoting on his left foot. His right leg lifting to his chest as he does so. And at the end of the quick half-rotation, he kicks out with a 'big boot' to the man's chest. With no real grip on the bat, Narakuten would most likely release it as he kicks. Otherwise, the man could force it from his grasp in the brief from of time from intercept to counter-move.

As he sees Narakuten deftly catches the bat in his hand, the biker moves his free hand to the base of the bat and pulls as hard as he can, hoping to overpower the one hand holding onto the bat with two of his own. This tug would also pull Narakuten off balance if not onto the ground, since he would be twirling around on one leg at this point in time. And even if he somehow managed to avoid tumbling forward into the dirt, his kick would be of little consequence. The biker was not stupid and was using the range his weapon afforded him, so any unarmed attack made by his opponent at this point was bound to fall too short since no appendage Narakuten possessed was going to be as long or longer than the length of the biker's arm and bat put together. If Narakuten wanted to hit him, he needed to come a little bit closer first.

Well so much for a kick landing...
His foot quickly comes back down and pushes Narakuten forward with a quick-step towards the man - of who, has yet to be named. And with that, another quick-step follows, bringing him well into the range of the man. His left arm raised to block as a boxer as he moves forward, lest he be struck at with the bat again. His aim evident - to cancel out the advantage of a brief range increment of his opponent's bat.
If the distance is closed, Narakuten would throw a right-handed snap jab towards the man's face, centered on his nose. A rather light blow if it connects.

His foe chose to go with the flow instead of falling, stepping into the pull and staying standing on his own to legs. As he pushes in closer, the biker pushes back shoving the bat he had so quickly pulled back towards himself right back at his opponent. The tip of the metal bat would be stabbed forward into Narakuten as he was midway into his second step, the biker's aiming his weapon at his foes gut which would be to the right and underneath the arm set up for a block. The force of his foe's charge would only serve to increase the power of a connecting blow, which was likely do to a person's inability to drastically change course mid-step.

His eyes catch the movement of the bat. hell, it's THE thing to watch out for, as would any weapon be in the hands of an enemy.
As the bat hits his gut, he flows with it again. Though mid step, he suddenly jerks back with the movement to minimize damage, almost instinctively.
Quite a problem, that bat...
As he falls back with it, both hands/arms make to intercept the 'weapon'. His right arm slips underneath, placing it at the crook of his elbow with his forearm bent up to 'lock' it in place with the aid of his left. His left hand pushes down on the end of the bat harshly as - his body jerks back and upward, effectively disarming his opponent... if that man is only grabbing the bat, and not fused with it or something. Otherwise, the motion would cause that man to be yanked forward, and possibly lose his balance.

As his opponent moves his hands down to grab the bat in both hands, his right hand (top hand) releases from the bat while his left (lower hand) remained on his weapon. He stepped forward with his right, he came in with a hard right hook as he opponent's hands was occupied with the bat. His left arm was allowed slide up the length of his weapon as he moved a little bit more forward, and the disarm attempt would go on unheeded. The bat would snap up, slapping against his armpit, and he'd snap his left arm against his side to keep it still relatively in his possession. The bat would have no room to move further back at this proximity, so unless his opponent did something else with it, chances were it would stay in both of their grips for a moment longer.

Right foot up and kicking into 's gut; the leg extending to push him away. At the same time, Narakuten leans back to dodge the hook. And as the right hook narrowly misses, Narakuten pushes off with his foot-in-gut to fully disarm . The lock-hold on the bat fairly ensures the disarm attempt to succeed, unless (again mentioning) should be fused with the bat. And at this point, that would become obviously clear, should he not fly back from his opponent with the bat in his arms.
