Takes the spoon, nods his thanks, then proceeds to gouge out his voice box so he can't speak anymore, then stabs both his hands on the handle of the spoon so he can no longer type.
Then he wanders off looking for something he can kill himself on without working hands.

Antrum Raven Yun Even if you grabbed my wrists, I would still be able to crush your windpipe and esophagus with my feet or bash your skill in with my head. Assuming that I was stupid enough not to react. But I dunno, common sense tells me, if your getting close, I'm probably gonna move. If you moved, I could've thrown that scalpel into your forehead. It'd go through your skull like a hot knife through butter, and then probably get lodged in your brain.

I think I remember doing something like that with a pocket knife once.
